I was driving though this little at lunch time and decided to try this place. I set at the bar and had a glass of wine and the Chicken street tacos. They had a baked jalapeño on the plate with seasonings. Was great. I would come in just for the jalapeños. Loved the service. And the ambiance. They have outside seating. The bar is small but nice. This restaurant was so clean, masks required and you must call before entering to be sure they haven't reached 50% capacity. We had lunch specials that were delicious and healthy. Just the right amount for lunch. I had the grilled shrimp salad. The seasoning was so good I made my spouse taste to see how our grilled shrimp could come out this way. Whoah, don't understand all the great reviews? Something must have changed since they ate at this place. First we got scolded because we went up and grabbed a second menu - they said one per table. I had the chili relleno and chicken enchilada. The chicken enchilada was not shredded chicken, but chicken bits and really no sauce to be found, so I left it. The chili relleno was decent with a generous amount of cheese inside. The beans tasted just a little off, not sure how to describe it, so i left those too. I ordered ice tea but that had that old taste that tea gets after it is a couple days old. The chips were overdone, dark brown. One saving grace is their salsa, we took a half pint home. It has just a touch of heat. It is like the only option in Redwood Falls for Mexican, glad I don't live there! read more

Stopped here while passing through town for dinner. Place has an authentic Mexican feel and music. We sat at the bar to watch the game which was a nice feature. Waiter was very helpful in explaining the vast menu choices and helping me determine my order. Ordered the tropical fajita which came with large portion of food. Definitely had extra to take home. Delicious meal!!! Perfect amount of seasoning and spice. Great combination with the chicken, beef, veggies, and pineapple. Can't wait to stop again on my next trip. read more

Chips, salsa and queso dip are great! Menu said the beans that came with my entrée had bacon. Instead they were served with grey colored Canadian bacon strips that looked like soggy grey mystery strips of ? until I tasted them separately. And cheap fake pink colored hot dogs cut into little pieces (Ball Park?). The steak pieces on my entrée were grey and unappetizing. Tasted okay but I could have cooked it better at home. No caramelization at all. Will come back for a margarita, free chips/salsa and a small queso dip. Too bad for these folks. I eat out a lot with my family but only at restaurants that are worth my hard earned money. Educate the chef or hire a new one. I'll try the food again. read more
