He won 4000 euros for the feat and now he is the dedicated baguette baker for the French executive branch. I think that means that my humble American option that these baguettes rock is well justified... Plus they are not even expensive! Delicious :D

The religiuex was mind-blowing -- DO NOT PASS ON THE RELIGIUEX!!! Probably the best pastry I ate while in France. The lady who worked at the front counter had a beautiful, musical voice and was the nicest lady I met in the whole country (she didn't speak much English and my French is terrible). I hope I get the chance to return someday.
