I have truly had nothing but frustration and high blood pressure every time I have to deal with someone from this office. The nurse is incompetent and sugary phony sweet. They are refusing to see my children until June 1st even though they are both on needed medications that will run out prior to June 1st. These medications were prescribed by their organization. They failed to make an appointment on our last visit and told my husband that we could just call. I called over a month ago and the soonest they could give us was June 1st because they only have ONE DOCTOR that prescribes medications and she is only there TWICE a month. It appears that this doctor can't handle the patient load. This is not the first time we have had problems with them. The last time it was because the doctor quit and they did not have a doctor for awhile. I would like to add that the therapy team is excellent. I just wish they worked for someone other than Pathways. I will continue our relationship with them because of the relationship the boys have with their therapist and their behaviorist.
