Here's the deal, this lady is the bomb! She's 100% the agent you wanted, dreamed about and need. Stick with me for a few minutes and I'll explain why. A few years back, I got connected with her when looking for a home in Austin. We met and she gave me a 1 on 1 of who, what, where, when and why. I needed the lesson. Now, we searched for months and never found what I wanted, but she never let me settle either. Then I had a life path change and had to leave town. Seasons went by and I came back to Austin to an apartment. I moved in with my fiancé and then we got married. In a market like Austin's, you don't just need a competent real estate agent, you need a passionate one. Lisa is that agent. Buying my home was a combination of high-speed decisions and stress, mixed with a tinge of heart-break. Lisa was consistently the bright spot of the entire experience (aside from the house I ended up buying, of course). When I first emailed Lisa, she responded quickly, set up a time to meet over the next few days, and set up my email notifications for new listings immediately after speaking with her. As soon as a house came up that I wanted to see, she was quick to offer times that would work for both of us, usually the same day. When we walked through a house, she pointed out things I should be concerned with, like damage to the foundation in one house, the unknowns of vinyl siding, and so on. She also has knowledge of remodeling, and she was able to give me ballpark estimates on what it would cost to do this or that in the homes I viewed. Of the two homes I made an offer, we were the first to submit both times, highlighting how prompt Lisa is in getting the things you need done. When homes are only on the market for a few days, that's not just nice-to-have but a downright necessity. Wait and it's gone. Let's face it, buying a home in Austin right now is a nightmare.
