Cindy was born to be a realtor! I found Cindy on Yelp whilst looking for reputable Realtors. I read the reviews and decided to set up a Zoom call with her. I am so glad that I decided to come here because I don't think I would have found her any other way. Cindy accepted our invite and we got acquainted. She asked many great questions that get to know our situation and, after our call, gave us great referrals for local lenders, one of which, we decided to work with. About a month later we travelled from Washington State to Colorado to start our 10-day home-hunting adventure. And, what an adventure it was. We didn't have a list of homes that we wanted to see, we left that up to Cindy. And she didn't disappoint. We saw close to 20 houses and looked at multiple new constructions properties in four days. With each walkthrough, we noticed that the houses that Cindy found for us (even though there was a shortage) seemed more and more like us. She really listened. When we weren't looking for houses, she always replied to our text messages and answered all our questions. Through Cindy, we learned so much about the market, the area, and what to look for in potential properties to make sure we wouldn't pick potential duds. I've moved 19 times since 1995 and Cindy is far and away the best realtor I've ever dealt with. I relocated to Denver from out of state, which under normal circumstances would have added even more stress to an already unpleasant process. Cindy was incredibly responsive at all hours, prompt, and detail-oriented. She organized a series FaceTime walkthroughs of properties that met my stated criteria and set up a whirlwind series of in-person visits to shortlist properties during a 2-day trip. Relocating is always such a stressful process and purchasing a new home remotely just adds to that overwhelming feeling. We were so lucky to have found Cindy and if I could give her a 10-star rating, it still wouldn't be enough! My wife and I found Cindy earlier this year when perusing Yelp for reliable, experienced local realtors in Denver. We were flying totally blind, and man did we luck out when we found Cindy. This was our first time selling a home, and we moved out of state (actually to the other side of the country) just after listing the house. Through no fault (at all) of Cindy's, we literally encountered every roadblock you can think of as we tried to sell our home...buyer's lending falling through? Check. Sewer line needs to be completely replaced? You bet. Second set of buyers looking to completely renegotiate our contract based on routine inspection findings? Of course! Cindy kept her cool when I absolutely could not. She got my lawn watered every other day in the middle of a hot Denver summer (usually by going over there and doing it herself). She found me a handyman who could make reliable repairs without emptying my bank account. If there was something she could handle for me without asking me about it first, saving me even more anxiety, she did it. She dealt with every possible curveball you could be thrown, as a realtor. And she dealt with all of them with grace. When I interviewed Cindy, she struck me as engaging, positive, and very willing to work with me in my situation. I have known Cindy since 2000 when she was my realtor during a search for a condominium in Denver. My first impression was a very lovely lady with an engaging and relaxed personality. In the beginning she showed several properties and actually did more listening then talking.
