So I can compare Paul with many agents that have served me. We asked Paul to put together a tour of 8 homes in one day. He planned the route and accompanied us on the tour. Paul was our "buyers agent." Though I usually take that with a grain of salt, Paul actually did represent us. Paul has many years of experience in construction. He was excellent in pointing out flaws and problems with some of the houses that we saw. He did not try to steer us to any particular house and was patient while took several days to decide whether we wanted to offer on any of those homes. After our offer was accepted, Paul provided excellent referrals to local people that could help with insurance, inspections and financing. Shameful and disrespectful ... advertisements on American flags. The U.S. Flag Code (Title 4 of…read morethe U.S. Code) explicitly states that the flag should never have placed upon it, or attached to it, any mark, insignia, letter, word, or design. It also dictates that the flag "should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever". Violating community, state and federal statues all at once. Also, a group of residents called "THEREALLONGLEAF" complained to the HOA about the advertisements. We asked they remove the ads, leave the flags if they want. We liked flags. One of your agents took to face book taking full credit. To her is was a "privilege". Leading to other public posts calling my family unpatriotic. Here is the response from one of your agents to OUR HOA that was forwarded to me: "Please let Mr Kirtley know we have turned his complaint into a positive thing for kids in the neighborhood. Most neighbors support our efforts, I can look beyond the bad apples. Neighborhood will be perfectly unpatriotic by Monday" Your company should be ashamed.
