My last experience was terrible and the last time I visited that place. I decided to do my own laundry. I put the clothes in the washer. After taking them out, I noticed oil stains all over the clothes. I went to complain to the lady on duty. She gave me a number to the manager, who's never there. I knew this from my past experiences. I contacted the local police dept and files a report to document the incident, as the staff member advises me to do. The clothes purchase price came out to about $400 dollars. Not cheap. I get a phone call a few days later saying they needed my address so they can contact their attorney. Like I'm trying to lie about the incident. Few days later, the attorney sends me a letter stating I'm lying and the clothes were like that to begin with. I find that hilarious since I had 4 machines running and had about 5 loads. That was the only one that damages my clothes. I'm going to pursue this just so the place can learn a lesson to better treat their customers. Poor customer service. I'm not one to complain, I usually give credit where it's due. In this case, this place should be shut down.

Some of the larger machines are on the expensive side but unfortunately, thats just the economy we live in. If you have extra large loads, there are only 4 machines that can accommodate you. Those are priced at $6.00. If you don't want to wash, they will wash them for you, but I don't know the rates. There are 50 dryers priced at 25¢ per 10 minutes. Best deal in town. There is also 4 TV's to keep yourself entertained.

I had no problem moving around in there, and it was very busy when I went. Another nice feature is they have different size machines in each aisle so I could have my small and medium sized loads right next to each other. Dryers work great. The staff is very friendly. The place is clean and the owners said that one of them is there at all times. They also have something I have never seen at a laundromat before...they give the customer the choice of using a prepaid laundry card or quarters. Everywhere I have ever gone is one or other but never both.
