They said the next day, so I dropped off 3 bags. They told my husband that the items could only be picked up in 2-3 days. I called them back , then they said no problem we can do it for you by the next day. I received my laundry back and it smelled sooooo strong of cheap dryer sheets. It was alllll still filthy. They left stains and they said they don't do stain treatment. Understandable, but why are my clothes still BLACK? I mean I dropped my daughter's blanket at the park, the dirt from the ground was still on it. My daughter's clothes still had rice stuck on it like if you guys washed it, why would items be this filthy? My items were also HIGHLY damaged. They literally washed this in water (no soap) then put it in the dryer for a very long time. There were burn holes all over my leggings. My toddler's blanket was burnt to a crisp. They refused to refund me and told me they could wash the clothes in front of me if would like. WHY TF WOULD I TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO WASH MY ITEMS AGAIN? I tried to wear one black T shirt for work and I broke out in hives. They are absolutely disgusting. How do you do that to children's clothes at the very least?!?!?

Good amount of seats while you wait for your laundry and they do have coin machines to exchange small and large bills. The lady there had no problem breaking $20 bill for me since I didn't bring quarters. They have 3 sizes of washers, with the largest load costing $4.75. I don't think I could fill it up without doing laundry for 2 months that size is huge. They have 2 large flat screen tv's which is nice, they had the NBA finals playing on both of them while my washer loads were going. Most of the customers here keep to themselves and I had no problems with securing 2 dryers for my loads on a busy night. They do offer same day laundry service by the pound (85 cents/Lb). I might try it out when I'm in a rush for something.

Unfortunately some complications kept me from being able to get my laundry done this week and I was quickly running out of clothes. I called Grace's just to simply ask if they offer a pick up and delivery service, which they do. I expected a couple days turnaround and potential he not even a pick up until the following day. Not only did they pick up my laundry within the half hour, but they had it returned to me only a few hours later. I don't know if they could check that quickly every day, but I'm incredibly appreciative of not only their speed of service but the friendly attitude and smile in which it was delivered. Anyone can do your laundry, but not everyone will do it because they appreciate you. This is a fantastic local business that will proudly earn you as a customer.

The reason wasn't given I (wish I'd filmed it). But the last time I was there, the attendant saw my machine card for another laundromat that I also support. The next time I arrived she met me at the door and stated my business was no longer welcome there. I'm the only African American I've ever seen there and hope it wasn't racially motivated, but got no explanation from the attendant as to why? I was actually their very first customer, and the same attendant took pictures with me to mark the occasion! I was taught you shouldn't spend your money where it's not wanted so I will happily cross the street to Laundry Fresh or any of the other 5 laundromats in town. By the way, Dirty laundry Express is by far the most expensive in town!
