They left stains and they said they don't do stain treatment. Understandable, but why are my clothes still BLACK? I mean I dropped my daughter's blanket at the park, the dirt from the ground was still on it. My daughter's clothes still had rice stuck on it like if you guys washed it, why would items be this filthy? My items were also HIGHLY damaged. They literally washed this in water (no soap) then put it in the dryer for a very long time. There were burn holes all over my leggings. My toddler's blanket was burnt to a crisp. They refused to refund me and told me they could wash the clothes in front of me if would like. WHY TF WOULD I TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO WASH MY ITEMS AGAIN? I tried to wear one black T shirt for work and I broke out in hives. They are absolutely disgusting. How do you do that to children's clothes at the very least?!?!?

Good amount of seats while you wait for your laundry and they do have coin machines to exchange small and large bills. The lady there had no problem breaking $20 bill for me since I didn't bring quarters. They have 3 sizes of washers, with the largest load costing $4.75. I don't think I could fill it up without doing laundry for 2 months that size is huge. They have 2 large flat screen tv's which is nice, they had the NBA finals playing on both of them while my washer loads were going. Most of the customers here keep to themselves and I had no problems with securing 2 dryers for my loads on a busy night. They do offer same day laundry service by the pound (85 cents/Lb). I might try it out when I'm in a rush for something.

You have 3 choices: small load washer for $2.25, a medium washer for $3.50 (if you want to add extras like xtra wash or rinse, or want to use hot or warm water as opposed to cold, it's a 25c or 50c upcharge), or a large load for $4.25 and it is HUGE you could probably fit 5 loads and a comforter or something in there. I like the convenience of having this laundromat right down the road from my apt. Quail Heights has a laundromat inside but I'm not happy with how my clothes come out of the wash so I decided to give this place a try & now i have a new go-to laundry spot!

Their machines are top notch, Heubsch brand with reasonable prices- $2 for a small load, $3.50 for a medium and $4.50 for a large load. Dryer time is 7 min per quarter. They sell detergent, bleach, and softener at reasonably high prices, as can be expected for any laundromat. If you forget your detergents, there's a Family Dollar nearby where you can buy for much cheaper. I had a suit dry cleaned through their services recently. They ship the suits off to a site in southern Bergen County, but since I had my order in during the daytime, I had it the next day. This is faster than most same-day places! Overall I would highly recommend Grace's laundromat. Especially since most of the other ones in the area look pretty grimy and not well maintained. Great hours, great staff, clean place, and if you come early, there's a bagel store next door so you can grab breakfast while you wait. Great laundromat!
