She runs a tight ship, does it with a great attitude and is extremely pleasant. My PT Richard has been spot on from Day 1. He listens really well, is constantly thinking out of the box and I feel that he is never just prescribing a rote set of exercises like so many PT's do. He set me up with exercises for home and continually adds to that and supplements with new ones in person. He researches, follows up, definitely top notch!
