When the taxi dropped us off with all of our luggage (2 large suitcases and carry-ons) we went to check in and were informed that our reservation had been cancelled. We received no correspondence from them (we checked spam, etc. in our emails) and that was it. They said it was due to a covid event in the room, so our 6 night stay was cancelled. And we were left in the street with all of our bags and had to find other accommodations, which were seriously subpar. Anyway, I would never recommend this place and I have searched other websites with reviews and found at least five other people that had this problem.

Traveling with kids can be hit or miss, but they really go out of their way here. They welcomed our children with snacks in the room, which was a thoughtful touch, and during Easter week they had a dedicated kids' zone with arts and crafts and a ball pit--our kids absolutely loved it. It made a big difference to have a space where they could play and just be kids. The breakfast buffet was fantastic--great variety, high quality, and a perfect way to start the day. We also ate at the ground floor restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. It wasn't just convenient--it was genuinely enjoyable. What really made the experience, though, was the staff. From the doormen to the front desk, everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention to the assistant manager, who went above and beyond--he remembered our names and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, service, and family-friendly amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially families.

I value their cleanliness and appreciate being provided with everything a guest would need. The staff ensured our satisfaction by giving us a thorough apartment tour. They do need you to fill out a form to include your passport info for them to submit as it is required for them to operate. The shampoo was impressive; it didn't leave me with flakes like hotel products often do. I received 2 beautiful pouch with lotion, soap, and a shower cap. Additionally, the table had complimentary port wine and a Portuguese tart to sample. Both items are known in their country. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to everything. I discovered a block or so away from a rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views and it didn't have entrance fee. The apartment had a washer and dryer and heat. As for check out, it was an easy process even though we needed to departure extremely early. I did notice in their binder of apartments in other locations. Regarding improvements, I arrived when I was starving and eager to leave to grab food, so going through the entire recommended binder and information binder was unnecessary. The most important parts would have been enough. Also, it would have been great to be provided snacks to reduce my hunger. It would have been great to experience riding the public transportation as they do not take credit card. Overall, I had a positive experience and highly suggest others to stay with them.

The lovely staff laid out many many rugs for us to look at, and even provided snacks. We spent about an hour looking at the rugs and being educated, even seeing some of the rugs that were used as well hangings and also rugs that were being repaired. There are beautiful things in here! If you are in the market for something authentic, handmade and even possibly a dying art, this is your rug stop in Lisbon.

We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to seat us. The restaurant was beautiful and located right on the water, which made for a great view while the sun was setting. It was around dinner time so there were a few other patrons in the restaurant, but it wasn't too crowded. The menu wasn't too extensive but there was enough to choose from. I went with the octopus, and my friends tried the burger with fries, the shrimp dish, and a vegetable dish. Our food came out within 15 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed my octopus. My friends weren't too fond of their meal, but, I had no qualms with mine. Then for dessert, they got the tiramisu but didn't think it as good as the one at our hotel. I enjoyed our time at Catch Me overall because the service was great and the views really did it for me.

Between the outstanding location, right in the heart of one of the most popular areas of Lisbon with easy access to food, shopping, nightlife, history, and entertainment, and the great use of space with good views of the Main Street on one side of the apartment and the castle on the other, this is an excellent apartment. It does get knocked down one star for not clearly stating in the ad that there's no elevator - I had a small suitcase and could walk up to the top floor - but those with mobility issues will find this a problem. The top floor also suffered for having sloping ceilings - especially in the bathroom where using the toilet proved an interesting challenge. This place would benefit if it had some sort of laundry facility - it would make it a stand out among Lisbon rentals. Anyone staying a week of more and only carrying a small suitcase is going to need some fresh clothes at some point! Air conditioning and wifi worked great; comfy beds and two TVs. Lovely little kitchen which I only used for the Nespresso maker and to enjoy the view. All in all, if you're looking for a good place to stay for a week or more while in Lisbon, Otilia is a great choice!
