$50 per location for this tool is a total rip-off and anyone paying that simply does not know any better. In attempting to trial this company's software, they did a bait and switch for several weeks with me. They basically want people locked into a repeating monthly subscription and will rationalize this silliness by using the buzz term, "Net Promoter System," which basically means -- never turn it off. I don't know about you but client feedback, while important, is not something you need to gather 100% of the time. If it's worth you paying $600 per location per year for it, by all means, get ripped off, but the people at this company have misrepresented themselves, their software and come off as sleezy and untrustworthy car salesmen. Futhermore, if you're using MindBody, do yourself a MASSIVE favor and switch to Front Desk -- it takes a steaming dump on MindBody's face. read more

it's a great source of information and feedback from guests we wouldn't otherwise get. Guests can fill out their comments in their own time and it gives us a chance to respond to each guest. I still haven't figured out a way to remove or change scores when they're obviously wrong...for example, when a guest does not understand the rating system and rates us a 1 or a 2 thinking that's good and gives us a compliment in the comments...yet we reflect a negative detractor score. Other than little things like that (which is a rare occurrence), it's a great system. read more

It lets me know what the client really thought about my service. They are usually nice and /or overwhelmed at the end of the inspection, so they are polite. But after a couple days, after they have read through my report, then they receive the survey / review from Listen360. The real truth about what they thought of my inspection comes out then. read more
