I must say, going from smoke shop to smoke shop will likely start to feel the same after a while. That is until I walked into Lit! It has everything your typical smoke shop should carry plus much much more! You have varieties with all types of glass and papers. The Juul pod flavors is by far the largest I have ever seen. They also have a variety of different brand vape pods as well. Like I said, this shop gives you options. What also sets this place out apart from others is its "Cool factor". You have younger guys running the place. Guys that are knowledgeable about their products. Not some old sleazy pushy salesman that's trying to clear his shelf. If you have questions, they are here to answer them all. Last but not least, and most important of all, are their prices! You cannot beat them. Great new local smoke/vape shop. Large selection of glass products with reasonable prices. They have some unique pieces that I haven't seen at other local spot. Their American blown glass and GRAV products are also cheaper than other spots in the area. Nice art work on the walls too with an inviting/chill vibe. He was super cool about taking pieces out for me to look at & bc I'm such a picky person when it comes to my pieces, he was still super patient about it. So I went to this smoke shop a few days ago because of the five star rating. The employee Ron told me that a piece of glass/ carb cap would fit with my 20mm piece. He said I could bring it in to check, I told him I lived a little far and he told me as long as my piece is 20mm it would work with the 20 mm size. As soon as I got home it was way too big and the carb cap was falling off; wouldn't even stay on top of the banger. I called the smoke shop back and spoke with Ron immediately and I told him I would like to exchange it for one that fits correctly or get money back. He argued with me and denied that he told me it would fit although he 100% did or I would not have purchased the item. I told him I have not used the item, it would be impossible to use because it is not compatible and does not fit. I offered to send photos to show what I am talking about or even send a video to show how it does not fit. He said no need to send any evidence. He said he would talk to the manager and they would call me back within two days. Never got a call back, when I called back over four times just today I keep getting ignored; AND they said my review is fake?! Complete BS! This shop should not be in business if they are literally LYING to customers about what will work or will not work and lying about compatibility. I have tried my best to make this right but the employee or management doesnt give a Sh*t about the customer and they have made tnis clear. They only care about their five star rating. I have tried multiple times to make this right and you flag y review and say it is fake and I am a competitor? But when I call the store to ask a question you can't even give me the time of day? I am happy to give more negative reviews elsewhere as well as they have made it clear all they care about is the five star rating. I have given them multiple opportunities to make it right only to be ignored. I have been calling today for about an hour and they keep ignoring me as they have been ignoring all my calls since the first time I called and tried to resolve my issue. I would post a screenshot of all my calls on here if I could. The number I called is the same number listed on google maps here. If you need a lighter then this might be a fine place but make sure it works before you leave because they don't give a sh*t about the customer and the second the money leaves your hand they will pretend you don't exist anymore. I used to live in SoCal and I've frequented Uncle Ike's in Seattle. With that in mind, this place is SICK af. The owner is helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. It's a relaxed atmosphere and completely non judgmental. No code needs to be used here. Say what you need, it's a one stop shop for all paraphernalia, novelties, equipment. Horrible customer service. Bought a glass piece that did not work and when I brought it in they were unable to help. Would not refund or exchange the piece for one of equal value, so now I'm $35 down with a useless piece. Incredibly disappointing to buy something that doesn't work and even more so that they could not have cared less; definitely will not be returning and recommend you do the same. Don't waste your time at a place that doesn't offer replacement level service or even basic returns when there's 5+ other vape shops on Dempster in close proximity. read more
