We rolled into the SmokeShop Guys looking for CBD medicinals. Ben was friendly and very engaged when helping us make a selection. There were 20-30 CBD products in the cabinet, each claiming to have different effects. Some induce sleep, some reduce pain, some enhance mood and rid anxiety... so they claim. Ben, a customer and another SmokeShop Guy told us which ones they have used and to what affect. They even gave us discounts, which was helpful because this stuff is expensive! We have been using the CBD products and noticed that most had zero effects while 1 induced sleep in seconds and the other changed my husband's personality for the better. (He was no longer stuck in rage when angered.) I'll post pictures of the products below and let you know if it was affective or a waste of money. Please be critical when buying CBD products. They are an unregulated industry and often contain less to none of the active ingredient. read more

I really love this shop compared to the rest in Lincolnwood/Skokie/Evanston area. The employees are very helpful and kind. The inventory is insane in the best way. So many cool pieces and options for whatever it is you're looking for. They have everything from glass, papers, cigars, specialty products, jars, Riga, grinders, torches, hard pelican cases and anything else a smoker of any kind might need. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I walk in! I'm always greeted by every employee there, which makes a world of difference when everyone is friendly and vibing, makes you want to go back. The employees are very knowledgeable, and are eager and excited to help you find exactly what you came for, and even show you new products or specialty items they are currently carrying. This shop often does awesome sales, so keep up on social media platforms to stay in the know. They keep up on all platforms daily, which indicates to me the pride they take in the shop/their job, and their customers leaving happy. Super friendly spot! a+ for service. I came here looking to buy my boyfriend a new pipe. Was overwhelmed with the huge selection, so I chose one that was his favorite color. The clerk informed me that the hole was too big in that one, so I chose another one. That one happened to be 5$ more, but he said he was willing to sell me that one at 5$ less because I had intended to buy the one with a big hole. Such kindness towards the customer! I don't fancy myself a cigar smoker, but they have a nice looking back room to store the cigars. I think it is kept at a cooler temperature than the rest of the store to keep the cigars fresh. This is a good shop in Skokie. Lots of glass pieces on display and they carry all the major portable vape brands. Needed replacement coils for my Yocan Explore and they had both the quad coil and ceramic donut in stock. About the same price as what I pay online. Prices for what I buy (portable vapes, replacement batteries, etc) seem pretty good. Service is good as well: the 2 times I went in there it was staffed by 2 younger guys who were both very nice and helpful. My cost last time I went in there was like 23 bucks and they guy said "just give me 20" which I thought was nice. I will be definitely coming back again. read more

So its super convinent the costumer service is beyond amazing if they don't have it you can come back the next day and they will have it for you but chances are they will have it, there collection is insane to say the least. This place has won my heart over I can only ever go here now.
