Came in at 9:01, because they're the only store open this early, and I kindly asked the employee who was walking in if he wouldn't mind if I was the first customer of the day because I was in a hurry. He promptly replied "we are open when the open sign is on." Rude right? Don't waste your money here when there are much more customer focused and reasonably priced options. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend anyone reading this does too. Absolutely garbage of a business. I try to be understanding and have never willingly written a review of a place. However, I have to for this. It's absolutely disgusting how they manage to sell products that have to be fake. There's no way they are getting genuine vapes. Every time I have purchased a vape from them it has either, died way earlier than the given hits, or leaked out of the package to where it is not usable. My most recent vape was leaking so bad that when you tore the package to get to the actual ecig, it had filled the plastic wrap with fluid. It's crazy. Don't expect a refund, or any type of understanding. I do not blame the staff at all, they most likely don't know better. But the owner should feel ashamed. read more

I understand being short staffed, but when a customer is clearly walking to the door as you lock to leave for "five minutes" DURING business hours and you clearly see me and continue to walk to your car and drive off, that is ridiculous. I have bought 12 to 15 of the delta 8 vape pens in the last few months. The last time I went in there (about 2 days ago) I bought another one before close. I asked for the ONE GRAM like usual. I get home that night and go to bed. The next day (yesterday) I hit it a few times after work and it died after THREE hits. This thing is COMPLETELY FULL and I have to throw it away. Yall gave me the wrong item, you gave me the half gram. And then the man on the phone acted as if it was my fault. So it was the wrong item and basically already dead AND I was charged the same price as the one gram so I didn't think it was the wrong item when I bought it. I have been coming here since yall opened and now im about to quit smoking because of your BS. I suggest to everyone to go to JE VAPE it is right down the road. About 2 minutes away. VERY DISPLEASED. I have been a loyal Lite Smoke & Vape customer for over 2 years; and today I came back (10:15AM) after picking up a new disposable yesterday. The vape was staying on in my pocket throughout my work-shift. I've had this problem in the past, and they have always replaced them next day. Today an associate practically strong-armed me; and told me he would not be replacing the device, and I'm stuck with it. I minor in Consumer Satisfaction, and I am very displeased with Lite Smoke & Vape; and I will be looking for a new smoke-shop as of now. Best place in town!! Mike and his entire staff are amazing people! They are extremely helpful and are able to answer all of our questions. I won't go anywhere else. Taylor's comments are complete BS. This has been my go-to vape store for so long because every employee is considerate, honest, and kind. I've never had a single bad interaction when coming into this store. I've had faulty products (of course not the shop's fault whatsoever) and they always believe me and show zero apprehension to make things right. Other local shops have given me terrible attitude for similar circumstances, but this shop has never disappointed in over a year of going there. Absolutely incredible! Love this place, the owner and the young woman were great... they help my sister and I find exactly the right vape and juice, didn't talk us into buying to much for it either and the young woman even took time to put it together, fill it up and go over step by step how to work it and take care of it so it would last longer..
