I prefer 660 (six inches long and ring size 60) which smoke just the right amount of time and relatively cooler with slow burn. But I got a box one size smaller but I tried one just in case it might smoke OK. No go. I literally did absolutely nothing to warrant that response I would very much appreciate management or ownership to contact me on this. I have shopped at the store before, but it's been years. I remember there being great prices and good service. After the way that employed treated me, I don't think I ever wanna come back except to try and talk to management. That woman should not continue working for you, unless you make VERY clear how she should conduct herself. And if for some reason her behavior is something you're OK with, then don't worry. I'll just make sure everyone else knows that too. Also, reading through the Google reviews, it appears I'm not the first person that this woman has grossly mistreated.
