But I work in Frisco, and don't live anywhere near Retro anymore; figured I'd stop in. Retro does has a bigger selection (and more square footage in general), but this place is much more convenient for me, overall quality seems quite a bit better, and the prices appear to be similar. They also seem to focus on glass, though they do have a reasonable selection of alternatives. The store also feels a bit more open compared to Retro, or even some Gas Pipe locations, despite its relatively small size. I purchased a glass item today, very similar to one I purchased from Retro several years ago in design and size (only real difference is the color), for about what I paid at Retro. If anything, what I got today is a bit more hefty. Not sure who the blower was, but they did a great job. I didn't expect to find this in Frisco; it was a pretty random (and much welcomed) discovery on my way home from work. The one staff member I dealt with in the store was friendly and knowledgeable, and as soon as I finished telling her my price point and what I wanted, she had lead me to a shelf full of exactly what I was looking for. Also showed me which replacement parts I'll likely need in the future, along with pricing for them. All in all, reasonable pricing for a local shop, good selection of good glass (I didn't see any super flimsy super cheap stuff), modest selection of really high end stuff, friendly staff. I'd like to see maybe a bit more clothes. I didn't look around the front enough to see how much they had in terms of body jewelry, but if they don't have much, it'd be nice to get more.

Today is December 18 and it is about 1 PM. I called 10 minutes ago to ask a question about items…read morethat may or may not be in stock. A young lady answered the phone, and as soon as I started talking, she hung up on me. I called back two or three more times, then she answered and yelled at me into the mic "NO CALL LIST NO CALL LIST". Then hung up again. I am a customer. She hung up on me and yelled at me. I literally said nothing that she was able to hear other than starting to ask a question about items in stock. I literally did absolutely nothing to warrant that response I would very much appreciate management or ownership to contact me on this. I have shopped at the store before, but it's been years. I remember there being great prices and good service. After the way that employed treated me, I don't think I ever wanna come back except to try and talk to management. That woman should not continue working for you, unless you make VERY clear how she should conduct herself. And if for some reason her behavior is something you're OK with, then don't worry. I'll just make sure everyone else knows that too. Also, reading through the Google reviews, it appears I'm not the first person that this woman has grossly mistreated. Absolutely outrageous that she is still working there after months of this behavior.

I had a horribly adverse reaction. When I went back, they made it clear they didn't know much about the product. This place is more of a vape shop than one for CBD. I would recommend anyone with pain go for the online route. Luckily, I was able to get refunded for the purchase through my bank, as this shop refused to even do an exchange. The teenage staff is quite rude and were distracted on their phones both times I went.
