They could definitely use a little more seasoning and be a little less overcooked. And y'all... the amount of ranch they gave us for a 20-piece combo?! We liked the setup they have, the paintings on the wall and their bar, they have beer on tap and $3 bottles beer specials. My kids loved the wings, my son can't wait to go back. We would definitely go back again when we go to Vegas. I wish they had a location in Henderson. Wings is a very competitive business, but these guys are by far the best in all of Las Vegas imho. My friend had just moved off of Losee and so while visiting, we of course got hungry and decided to check out the local fare. She had been craving wings and so we saw Lit Wings and decided to check it out on 6/26/25 around 2pm. When we were looking at the menu, Kevin (co-owner) asked us if we had any questions. He walked us through the ordering process and talked about the sauces. He offered to let us try any of the sauces before ordering. We opted to try the Korean and the sesame. He also gave us a small sampling of the garlic noodles. This was a genius move by the way, because we definitely ended up getting just that. My friend ordered a 6 piece Korean wings with garlic noodles combo. I went for the Blazing chicken sandwich combo with Korean sauce, shrimp crackers, and a side of mac n cheese bites. We filled up our sodas and just hung out (it was kind of cold inside) but being that it's Vegas and the blazing heat it wasn't too unbearable. The food came out in a relatively quick amount of time. Everything looked and smelled delicious. The wings were hearty and not rinky dink wings, smothered in the tasty Korean sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The garlic noodles were a heaping side, not overcooked, perfect au dente. The chicken sandwich was humongous; I couldn't put it down once I started it really. So much flavor packed into each bite. The in-house fried shrimp chips had some good salt and pepper to them and they were larger than your standard shrimp chips as well. The mac n cheese bites were very tasty and I knew I had to take some home for my kiddo (despite the fact I was too full to eat them all anyway). It was a deal of a meal really. This place is a massive disappointment. Feeding people reheated, precooked food is a joke, but serving this to our local service members is downright disrespectful. The Air Force members stationed here deserve way better than this. Fries: ,Soggy & Greasy Clearly precooked and thrown back into the fryer. They were limp, saturated in grease, and tasted heavily of old, dirty cooking oil. Lemon Pepper Wings: ubbery & Off-Flavor Zero crispness. Upon entering was immediately greeted with the friendly staff. Menu is very detailed as well, along with the amount of flavors that they offer and combos for their chicken. At first I was skeptical about the price and how it could compete with the likes of Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings. As soon as I received my order, I knew what I paid for was definitely worth it. The chicken has its only little bowl like plate due to it being drenched in sauce and that made all the difference. Not only did they have the normal fries and veggie sticks as the typical sides, but as well as rice! Me and my family have come here plenty of times and today will definitely be our last day. We ordered a 20 piece as well as an 8 piece on the side their wings have always been extremely good and pretty wet. Today our wings were dry and genuinely looked old the flavor pallet was not good either. I called them back and got such twisted information. The young lady who answered the phone confirmed that they didn't change their wing cooking process and that the wings should have some sauce to them I was then transferred to Jay the manager who immediately told me they made the wings correctly. I was very annoyed to be honest it's roughly a 30 min drive as well as a 60$ bill so to be so quickly dismissed was crazy work. He then said he would do a replacement "even though they made them properly" because we live so far but IMMEDIATELY said wait never mind I need to physically see the wings so the only way I'll give you a refund or remake the wings is if you bring them back. I asked for the general managers information and the basic info to file a complaint. He told me multiple times he would give me the direct number and message me with all the details regarding the order issue I had I thought we would be ending the conversation cordially but of course he didn't do that he simply hung up before giving me the number and never sent me the contact information. My husband decided he would just suck it up and bring the chicken back only to get there and be told that they wouldn't be remaking the chicken or issuing a refund. I'm legit flabbergasted. This food is crap quality and the lack of any type of solution felt extremely personal. Mac and cheese bites were pretty good. They were fried crispy but still soft and a little gooey on the inside. I don't believe they're made from scratch but they were still pretty good, to me.
