Called for what I perceived as an emergency for an 18 year old Shih Zhu. I told the receptionist,…read morethat I was formerly with Assisi animal hospital, and thought that the veterinarians from there had merged into Quarry Hill. I was informed they were no longer associated with them, and the current staff were booked for the rest of the day. The caveat was if there were a cancellation, I would be called. Never received a call. I have a bad impression of veterinary medicine practiced in this area; extreme pricing, unnecessary procedures, and the inordinate use of technicians.
