I originally wanted to order a "basket" of flowers because I thought they would last longer than fresh cut flowers. First off, the only baskets they had were lavender, lime green or white.....that didn't work for a funeral. I was looking for something in a brown wicker basket. How common is a brown wicker basket? Well they didn't have any in stock! After much discussion and frustration, I ended up ordering fresh cut flowers...I ordered the premium basket to make sure I was getting something that was hardy and presentable. When I arrived at the funeral home I was extremely DISAPPOINTED to see the floral arrangement Litchfield Floral sent and not to say how EMBARRASSED I was to see our family name on the arrangement. The arrangement was so tiny and many of the flowers were wilted. The gal I ordered the flowers from said the premium arrangement would be about the size of a large bouquet of roses.
