About four years ago we did a planting on our lake shore. Cory designed this using the appropriate plants for this type of project. One hundred and fifty plus perennials were planted and the next spring 100% came back. I work with the flowers at Eagle Creek Golf Club. I called Stacy's to order an arrangement to be delivered to my Grandma a few days later, on her birthday. The lady who took my order was very clear and helpful. On Grandma's birthday, I noticed my credit card had not been charged for the arrangement. After speaking to Grandma that evening, we found out she had not received the arrangement. I called the nursery the following morning and was told they accidentally put the order in the wrong folder, but they would deliver it ASAP. I expressed my disappointment, since it was a birthday gift, and asked to be informed by phone after the arrangement was delivered. After all, we knew grandma would love the arrangement on any day. I received a text message with a very special photograph of Grandma and her arrangement (which was gorgeous!!) and a very kind note apologizing for the error. Stacy's Nursery went above and beyond to correct their mistake. I almost cried when I read their text about sitting with our Grandma and giving her a special chocolate rose in apology for the late delivery.
