THEY CHARGED MY CARD! I was out of work, (NO POWER) for a whole week due to the hurricane and they still did not consider! ($$$$$ was on their heart Obviously) Little do they know that Hurricane Beryl just disrupted our lives, and what did these arrogant people do, they did not honor my account. I love the instructors - all are very positive, professional, and great at giving modifiactions if needed due to injuries or skill level. We lift heavy weights, slowly, for just 20 minutes. I don't event sweat, but I haven't changed my diet at all and I have built so much muscle! I personally know people who have solved bone disorders and ruptured spinal disc issues with just this workout, at this location. Everyone is very encouraging here, if you have a question or need help, there are several people who are willing to help. All the equipment is there for deadlifts, squats, bench press, and the Olympic clean, snatch and jerk. Zach does crossfit classes on one side of the warehouse! There is a spot where he has a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and rowing machine. Those are the only "machines" at this gym. There are plenty of free weights on both sides of the gym. There are a lot of regulars that I've seen probably every time I've come in. I'm not gonna lie it was way intimidating at first but that went away pretty quick once I saw that we were all there for one thing, to lift heavy stuff! It's not like most gyms where you aren't allowed to drop weights, you can use chalk here and drop as needed. The chalk really helps, I was using gloves at the other place but they just don't work as well as chalk. There is no "kids spot" here but they do not have an issue if you bring your kids. There is plenty of areas for them to come along with you. Of course you have to be aware of them being there, though! I've flipped the tire a bunch here too and that alone is a great work out. That sucker is heavy!
