Wow, all these 1 star reviews, clearly they are morons when it comes to caring about customer service. The last 3 to 5 online orders wouldn't complete for me. It said anything from "we're not delivering right now" to "something went wrong and you have to call in your order". Well, if I wanted to call in I would have done that. Whoever designed and coded their website is an idiot. For example, in addition to the above, when you go, each time, like every single freaking time, it asks for your address. Your name is top right. You're signed in to your account. They have delivered to you before. Yet every time "Duuuhhh, what's your address?" Here is an idea, you guys should give a laptop to a monkey at the zoo and you'd get a better website in return than what you have now. read more

We ordered online. When given the opportunity to track the order, we watched patiently. After 7 minutes the food was listed as being in the oven. Twenty minutes later, still in the oven. When we went inside, we were basically told that they figured out how to cheat the system so their time isn't too bad by logging things as in the oven when they weren't, so our order wasn't anywhere near ready. Almost an hour after we ordered we were able to pick it up. Food: meh. Service: crazier than the bread. Ambiance: that of a gas station. read more

Over an hour to get crappy pizza. Should've just bought frozen from the store. Ordered on the app and was told "No way to look up your order". On the plus side my child got to hear the employees yelling at each other and a few F- bombs. We had the worst pizza ever last night from this Little Caesar's. Why are we saying this? Simple. We ordered a Classic with double pepperoni. What we got instead was a pizza that was ... 1. Grossly undercooked. 2. Poorly assembled - Looked NOTHING like the photo, a-la far removed - Was NOT the double pepperoni either. 3. Waited nearly 30 minutes. End result? Goodbye Little Caesar's in Derby. BTW: Is it me, or is no matter the restaurant "Half-Assed" seems to be the norm in Sedgwick County? The worst place in Derby to get pizza don't get me wrong I know it's a little Caesars and it's cheap but let me tell you every time I order from here the pizza gets to my place and it is destroyed or it's not even cooked it's just dough and you can't lift it up. The last time I called and let them know that my pizza was destroyed. The guy on the phone gave me an attitude, and finally said he would remake it and even after he did, it was horrible. read more

This is the FOURTH order in a row they have screwed up for me in two months. First three were in-person orders. The fourth was just now with an online order. I have years in the food industry making orders just like this. What is the deal!? Take the time to read what the customer wants! Extra toppings also are clearly not "extra" UNLESS the older female manager is there. She is the only one who understands how to make a pizza, or cares to at least get it right. These teenage employees either simply DO NOT CARE to READ what I order, or they don't care about their jobs in general. I spend $100 here a month, easily, my orders should be taken care of just like someone who orders here once a year. All of them should be important. All the times of them getting my order wrong: I haven't received an apology for long waits without sarcasm, there's been consistent attitude from the female employees, and there hasn't been any sort of coupons or anything to compensate their continuous mess-ups on my orders. These kids don't care. The staff is horrible here and judging by other reviews- this has been an issue for 5 years! I'm getting sick and tired of these teenagers not doing their jobs and not caring to do their jobs correctly. Every time I'm in this store they are gossiping, cussing, or messing up other people's orders. Employees not in uniform come in and out of the back area. Some with food. I'm done with this store. There is ZERO MANAGEMENT here. I'm not the only one who complains, clearly. I'm giving them a 2 star because usually they're really good ! We always get a deep dish pizza and tonight I'm not sure what happen. I'm not sure if they were distracted by the chiefs game or sad that they lost put this doesn't even look like a deep dish or taste like a deep dish. It's not crispy, very gooey. Would give 0 stars, placed the order online, at 9 pm. Expected time to be ready was 9:42, I show up at 9:42 on the dot at the drive through, the store is completely vacant, lights are off, then after 10 minutes waiting at the drive window someone finally comes out, then we're told "it'll be just a minute" and to wait out front, currently been waiting for 34 minutes for it to come out. read more

Successfully placed an online order on 06/10/2022, and was told to pick up our pizza between 9:51 and 9:56 pm. This was a Friday night, and their own website showed the store to be open until 11:00 pm. We showed up on time, and the girl at the drive thru said she was sorry, but they weren't taking any orders. We explained that we already had placed a mobile order, and were just there to pick it up. She said, "Well you can go online and cancel it." So when I clarified that the order we had placed, and been charged for, was not going to be made? She said they had been trying to close for half an hour, and said a bunch of stuff about the manager leaving them without something (it didn't make much sense to us) but she basically was blaming the manager. (Judging from our previous few experiences, I believe there is indeed a serious issue with management.) By the way, the front lobby was dark, as it often is, but the "Open" sign was still lit up. If they're trying so hard to close, maybe they should update the hours on their website, and turn their "Open" sign off. They should also not be processing orders on their mobile app. I just can't recommend this location. It's not worth the headache. read more

Usually a good place to grab pizza for cheap but if you are eating late forget it. The lobby closes at nine pm and only the drive through is open. But they don't have an ordering system or a way to see if someone is at the window unless they happen to look at it. read more

First time doing business with little Caesars in Derby and last time. The manager has no clue what customer service is. I entered the store and he asked me what he could help me with I told him I didn't know that this is the first time I've ever been to Little Caesars he just looked at me like I was from Mars or something and didn't say a word so as I looked around trying to figure out what was what I finally figured out that I needed to order around pizza made my order they went and made it didn't have a clue that pizzas ready to go in the little oven which would've been nice to have known so I didn't have to wait then when he brought it out I was busy looking at my phone and he just stood there when I asked if that was my pizza he look at me like I was an idiot and said yeah so first time last time good riddance.
