The literal advertisements for Pizza Hut cheesesticks show a cheesy product. When you order - there is no "cheese" and everything is hard and crusty. When I asked why the appearance of my product was so much different than the ad, they told me if I wanted them to look like the ad I would have to pay an additional $2 for extra cheese. EXCUSE ME? no thanks. Pizza hut has lost my business - probably forever. And it's sad because I would be there is a second if I could get product that matches what they advertise. Honestly - Little ceasars $5 hot and ready is WAY better than Pizza Hut now. Save your money and go there.

But I got a notification saying the food was ready before the estimated time. I do not recommend relying on the estimated times provided. When I got to the store they weren't busy, but I think they need to realize it is important not to rush an order either. The wings weren't terrible, but I expected them to be tossed in the sauce rather than just have some sauce drizzled on top. That was very disappointing. Disappointing experience and worse customer service. Bowling is dying and Sterling Lanes clearly doesn't want to keep it. As a business owner, I understand equipment isn't always going to behave, but more than that I understand you can't treat paying customers this way. When I arrived on JULY 15, the manager told me that the deadline had passed, and that the last day for that promotion was on JULY 12. I explained to that manager that I came all the way from another part of Kentucky, a three hours' driving commute for nothing. Their management has therefore proven to be unprofessional, irresponsible, and unreliable. The manager did not care.
