Even fast food places aren't serving this type of preformed patty anymore. When I go to a local restaurant and pay $12 for a sandwich and fries, I'm expecting something fresher and more closely resembling food than this. I am not giving up on The Wing Place but they really need to overhaul what they are doing if they want to be successful.
