I would totally recommend little critters. I have 2 male EB. They have been at little critters since they were 11 weeks old. They are now 6 months. Tabby is very accommodating with my work schedule. Dawn hugs and kisses my boys everyday. She tells them good bye just like they are little humans . Tabby works with my schedule to make it easy for me to get to work. My schedule is crazy so sometimes I'm late getting off . But no worries I know they are safe. I went on vacation and they stayed the week with them. I knew they were in good hands. Absolutely terrible grooming service! It literally looks like they cut spots wherever they wanted. One ear was trimmed near the base and the tip trimmed off and the other ear was not even touched. This was with the request that my dogs black ear tips be left alone! Same with my dogs sides. They trimmed one side to the skin and the other was barely touched. My dog looked patchy and acted terrified when I went to pick her up. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!! Oh almost forgot...they don't have change so if you still decide to use this place, bring exact change. It was either pay an extra five for poor service or leave my girl there longer to go get change. I paid, got my dog, and left. read more

Over the road truck driver so I got my chihuahua min pin the only place I could find with availability while I was in town for truck repairs and maintenance and such, my dog shed like any other and living in the truck I wanted to make it less shedding so to speak. Well I dropped him off they bathed him and washed him with a de shredder shampoo and he looks terrible! Dandruff everywhere and now he really won't stop shedding, super cheap place was half ass a kennel, will not recommend and will not be coming back. read more

These guys were a godsend! I was taking a roadtrip to Maryland and stopped in Joplin to have dinner with a good friend of mine. The problem though was that we brought our three large dogs. A 3 year old newfoundland mix A 7 month old Bernese Mountain Dog A 2 year old neurotic Yellow Lab Mix. Now I know in Denver if I tried to do this we'd be charged around $150 for each dog just for the four hours. But these lovely ladies charged me on 25$ to take care of them for the four hours to let me and my fiance (now husband) explore town a bit and grab dinner. I called them before hand through. So that probably helped alot. Most would bock at the size of our pouches but the lovely woman who took them in didn't even bash an eyelash. She kept the guys well hydrated and even let them use the potty facilities in the back of building. If I ever have my boys with me when I travel through again I'll drop them off here again! read more

These ladies are absolutely amazing and are super nice! The place is adorable, it's clean, and they love the pets like family. My little Shihpoo will now be a regular Little Critter's Daycare goer. Oh, my gosh, this place IS FILTHY. My complaint is when I began taking my dog to be groomed there I told Tabitha, DO NOT SHAVE HIM. I HAD TO LEAVE MY LAST GROOMER BECAUSE SHE SHAVED HIM AND HE BROKE OUT IN A HORRIBLE RASH AND EVEN CUT HIS THROAT AND DIDN'T TELL ME. So this last time the last few words I said to her when she said he needs a summer haircut were Do Not Shave Him. That is just what she did. Tabitha doesn't listen, doesn't keep notes written down so you have go over the details every single time. His rash didn't show up for about 24 hrs., I called her and told her what she did and I would have to take him to the vet. She said "No , don't take him to the vet bring him over to me". I am so disgusted I took him to the vet. Then was disappointed to see that she cashed my check knowing I would never be back. At least the other groomer refunded my money and paid for his vet bill. I do not recommend this dirty place. As for day care, I would have never considered it with all those dogs together in one pin. read more

I have been taking my mini schnauzer, Buttercup to Little Critters since she was a puppy, she is now six years old, I have never had a bad experience, and she always comes home looking beautiful. Buttercup is a little spoiled and can be temperamental, Tabatha and her staff are very caring and skilled understanding precisely how to groom her while avoiding harm. Tabatha has offered us many extra services at no charge, in order to make Buttercup as comfortable as possible during her visit. She has offered for us to return later in the week to trim her nails shorter, if Buttercup wasn't feeling up to it the day of her appointment, she is able to determine when Buttercups skin is too dry and has offered suitable dietary recommendations for her well-being. Tabatha has also treated her for an ear infection, I was unaware she had. It has taken me years to find a dog groomer I trusted and had great services. I've recommended many friends to them and will continue to do so. read more
