We are on a road trip from WA state, with a few days spent in Yellowstone. We've accumulated a lot of dirty laundry and needed things washed. A snag in doing laundry at the laundromat is that we have a wily toddler in tow. In comes Swan Cleaners to save the day! At $2/lb (minimum 10 lbs - we had 22lbs of laundry ‍), it was well worth my time and money to pay them to do the "dirty work". Super great communication from the owner, and had everything cleaned, dried, and folded within a couple hours - allowing us to explore the town, instead of spending time in the laundromat. Beyond the fact we were so grateful to have this super handy service, but they had the laundry organized by type: towels, underwear, socks, kids clothes, my clothes, and husbands clothes! Made my job super easy putting it all away in our trailer. We know we will come back someday to visit, and we will absolutely let Swan do our laundry again . read more

If you are looking for Self laundry get there by 12 and I believe it's $2.50 a pound. Otherwise I found their machines to be a bit pricey and the dryers took forever. However happy to have the option to wash my clothes and grateful they are open until late. read more

I called to ask what the cost of the washers were and the guy that answered was incredibly rude. He gave me the price and I asked if that was the price for all of them or if he had different sizes. Said one was more. When I asked the weight of it, he hung up on me!! I wasn't asking how much the washer weighed, I was looking for information on about how much could go into a load since the majority of laundromat washers have this information. It's helpful in knowing how much I'd be looking at cost wise. When I tried to call back to let him know I wasn't trying to be a d**k by asking, he never answered the phone again. I've been to loads of laundromats over the past several months, all across the country and wouldn't recommend this one at all. I stopped in this laundromat I'm obviously a tourist but the wash machines that I used the two big ones in the back when they go completely through their cycle they do not spin the clothes out to get the water out of the clothes they are soaking wet I went to the manager and explain the situation. I told her she looked at it. She said it's normal. I have never had that kind of experience in a laundromat before I would highly recommend going somewhere else She did give me some extra quarters for my drying time but anyway, I would recommend going somewhere else. The other thing is the front loader washers are all on ground level so you have to get on your knees to put your clothes in and take your clothes out. This is not a really good laundromat. I just use the dryers. I put four dollars in each dryer don't tell me it was overloaded because I took my wash and split it in two and put it in two dryers four dollars each and it's still not dry I know more would recommend this place and fly to the goddamn moon and people that like it I don't know that you can't help those people. You know all your gear and clothes are durty AF... so get in here and get your clean on! As Laundromats go, this one seemed to be rather clean. This was an awesome thing to me. I mean who wants to get dirty stuff clean in a dirty environment, let alone is it really clean then? I was also happy to find that this place was fairly inexpensive on the self washing. We were quite surprised by this laundromat, so unexpected in this area. The washers were affordable ($2.50), and they offer a very large dryer that takes 3 washer-loads for 25 cents per 5 minutes. That worked out for us to $1.50 to dry. The place is clean, and well-maintained. When we were in, the place was uncrowded, and we had no problem finding available machines. read more

Clean facility. Bill changer and detergent/softener vending available. Clean restroom. They also have a laundry service available if you want to drop off your laundry and have them do it. There is a sign that says if you leave your machine unattended, they will remove your clothes. Overall, happy it was nearby our campground and I was able to wash and dry my clothes quickly and get back to vacation. read more

Visiting my son living in West Yellowstone. Decided to help him with his laundry. I came to Swan Cleaners because of the reviews. I was very disappointed. I used 5 front loader washers. 3 leaked pretty much all my detergent out onto the floor. When I called the phone number for help. The lady told me there's nothing she can do. When I told her I was concerned if my wash would be clean she assured me there was enough. When the wash was done, I smelled the wash and it was not a clean smell. I had to re-wash my 3 loads at $2.50 each. By the way, the dryers start at either 31 OR 32 minutes. But it may get done early by 6-8 minutes, even though the settings were the same. I thought that was odd. I feel I was taken advantage of and wasted my money. Then I used the dryer. After spending 15 minutes at $.25 per 5 minute each. 2 dryers was not drying. I had to move the clothing to avworking dryer. I definitely lost my money (about $9.00) and wasted my time. The lady was not willing to compensate. read more

Small Coin Laundry room located on the back side of Madison Avenue. They have plenty of washing machines and dryers even a massive big one for the bigger loads as well. They have drink and snack machines also some seating but not much. Also, has a soap dispenser you can buy laundry soap for your clothes. On display they have a white sign that says use smaller amounts of soap since they use soft water so keep that in mind. read more

Washing machines and dryers are up to date and very clean.. it had 5 large folding tables with cleaner and clean cloths to wipe it down first. Went here because the laundry at the RV park I'm at had issues with hot water. Not the cleanest I've ever seen, but not bad....The washers are very nice! Front loaders! $2 to wash. Dryers are the typical huge drum dryers, I managed to get two loads in one dryer. Ended up being cheaper than at the RV park. However, for a quarter you only get six minutes per quarter. I'm not sure if it was the particular dryer I picked or what, but I could not get it to go on "hot" (which I presume was the "whites" cycle...). It would only let me pick between "permanent press": (which I presume is "medium") or "delicates" (which I presume is "low"). I tried and tried to press "whites" and nothing! No place to park an RV. read more

I'm a West Yellowstone local and never had the need to use a laundromat in town, or so I thought. Swan's is under new ownership recently and they were doing a promotion on their wash and fold services. I figured I would give it a try so I could spend my day off doing something fun, not laundry! I was extremely pleased at how good they did with my stuff. Everything was clean and neatly folded, even my sheets! I have no idea how they can fold sheets that well. The price was extremely reasonable and I will continue to use their service so I can spend my time off enjoying this beautiful place we live, not inside doing laundry. This was a really great laundry place to get your laundry caught up. I used the larger front load washer for $4. Then went to a dryer and everything was dry except a few heavier things for $2. That was 40 min of drying. Done. Very clean and great equipment. While there, there was a bunch of folks that came in and I was glad I was almost done! read more
