Got cursed at today by Ayesha smith saying "GET THE F OUT", along with continuous verbal attacks while I was walking to my car, I have encountered discrimination verbal attacks from her, she refused to scan my valid prepaid packages several times, b/c of what appears to be her personal hostile feelings towards me and my ethnicity, while the supervisor & other workers there have scanned the packages. USPS, pls investigate all one star comments regarding this worker. Many has testified on Google reviews here to being mistreated.No human being should be treated in this manner as you can clearly see here that I was not the only one. DISGUSTING. Makes me want to vomit encountering such being. Feel physically ill every time I leave that post office. Got ptsd from her & her horrendous actions has affected my physical well-being.This needs to be taken seriously. Usps headquarters in Washington DC even stated on what grounds is she refusing to scan my packages.It appears she needs a punching bag & that's what anger management and therapist are for, not using customers as your toy to play with & vent at.Get your professionalism & ethics right. I have obviously experienced these attacks b/c I stand up for my rights and isn't it funny how every time I escalate the issues (even directly to the postmaster) and tell them directly to stop, it gets worse. I will not tolerate any mistreatment and abuse. She also has the ignorant audacity to make verbal attacking remarks that I'm not a good seller! The ignorance behind not knowing anything about the selling business while I have thousands of 5 star reviews which has a high comparison to to the 1 star reviews she has then let me tell you that your customers here appear to state that you are the terrible postal worker lol. My selling business is none your business, just do your job. Also 1-3 days priority mail shipping time on the label is NOT THE order processing/prep time, that is USPS timeframe in which they need it to reach the seller from the day it is scanned. She was not aware of this in her statement. usps does not always meet their shipping timeframe with so many delays. Then according to your statement against me as a seller, usps must not be a good delivery service since it doesn't meet their own criteria of delivering between 1-3 days in priority mail. I guess all customers should start refusing priority packages delivered after 1-3 days, the way you refuse my packages. When you make a statement, make sure you state existing facts with actual proof on your website. Another incident here she made a scene in front of people saying "you're banned here, GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND!" lol after she had been scanning my packages for years. She refused to scan my packages. I don't think she realizes that she doesn't own usps or customers.I've stood in front of the other clerk & the postmaster was on the other side where he can hear everything and the clerk took a phone call but said "HOLD ON, I'm trying to get RID OF A CUSTOMER". (This counts as another attack)He said this right in front of me (of course when there were no other customers for witnesses). They see me everyday so of course they want to get rid of me.At this point, people will be banning themselves from this place to avoid such horrendous treatment. Of course they would want to ban people who reveal their wrongdoings & fight for their rights or how else can they continue venting at customers? After writing this review, I wonder what the next attack will be LOL She also stated I have an issue with a lot of things but yes, I will have an issue with mistreatment, being targeted, attacked, retaliated against, false policies created to attack me, discriminated...list goes on. So does everyone else here who stated they had an issue with the treatment received here and by Ayeshia. Piece of advice: maybe if you stop attacking/discriminating against me, making up non-existent policies, creating/escalating ridiculous issues for customers and actually finally do your job in a decent manner then there won't be any issues. Your typical post office... long lines during rush hour and holidays with mediocre customer service. Other than that, it's pretty dead. It's really not a bad place to go, but it's awful when it's packed. read more

Actually a pretty nice post office! You walk in and go where the hell am I? And then you go through the second door and it looks like a Staples. They had everything all organized, neatly stacked, easily reachable. You don't a feeling like you're in a post office at all. Reason for a 5 star was because of the help I got from ONE person. She wasn't like the ordinary postal worker who stands behind the counter all disgruntled. She actually came out and helped me and others to find what we needed and was very helpful. She didn't stand behind the counter and point to a general direction and say "You need to fill out that form". Saved a lot of time for a simple letter I had to send, which usually takes too long at other post offices. Best post office I've been to. read more

This is by far a better post office than the other little ferry office. The ladies are friendly, and helpful. And the place is not packed like the other office. I go here few times a week. Very pleased with the service. read more

I have a 9:00 am passport schedule for my 5 months old baby and my 14 years old daughter. We arrived before 9:00 am and waited a little bit before she her name EASHA ( without name tag; I need to ask her name) came up to us and she was cleaning her desk and we waited for her to be settled. Then she started getting her camera for photo's. After she took my daughters photo, then my baby's who is 5 mos old turn she took 2-3 pictures then she pass the camera to the other lady who is also working there. After setting my schedule online, I went there to get U. S passport application and ask her personally about the application and she told me that I only need to do the first page then the second page must be sign until resquested to do by authorized agent. So now I was filling up the second part of the application while she was on her phone ( you can see the camera). Then when I came up to her she said she cannot finish us anymore Because the next person is there. The situation with 2 minor children with a baby ( where we spend 10-15 min) taking pictures. She told me that I need to make another appointment just like that, to finish everything with very rude attitude and voice. And she insisting that I did not finish the application on time. I took a day off for this and we are on time and it is so unfair for us not to finish the scheduled appointment. USPS management need to know what she did to us today! She was insisting that I made an complain about her before maybe that is why she did not accomodate us properly and she was acting so rude to us. She doesn't deserve the position, They should hire a person with a good character to serve people in a very good manner. I need to talk to the upper management about this situation and make some changes! This was not my first time filling an passport, I did not experience this kind of situation with other USPS location. We are very disappointed. read more

On december 6 they left my packages on on other side of the road unintended by mailbox sidewalks I'm really really upset

I went in to send two international packages. This guy called Reggie...the most insensitive, stupid and racist prick. It was my turn for him to take care of, and after seeing it had an international address he started to take care of other people behind me saying it would be more quick and easy. Okay, so my time is not valuable enough for you? Not even asking if it was okay to do so. He then went on saying he would put in the foreign address later because he couldn't type quickly. Right so you could later forget and not do it? If he wanted to move quickly with things, he could have assured me my parcel would be taken care of, and that the system wouldn't be closed unless he put in the address. Instead he said it was 'his' business and he wouldn't risk his job for anyone. As if I could totally trust his dumb ass. So untrustworthy, incompetent, and rude. I learned how incompetency is simply a harm to society and a waste of so many people's time. Reggie please quit your job and do something less complicated for you. I give three stars instead of one because of the other asian lady who took care of my international parcel in 5 minutes. I feel so sorry for her working with the stupid asshole. read more

I love this post office so nice and clean it doesn't even feel like a post office. The staff are so nice and helpful. It's very organized. I love that it has a copy machine there to use. read more
