We have had our kids being offered candy by staff, which we have requested to stop, but somehow keeps continuing, my toddler is often found crying at the end of the day, clinging on to a teacher, who is too busy sweeping up the floor so they can leave early, they have never hired cleaners, the place smells of mould and our toddler is constantly sick. My toddler on two occasions has been found eating asphalt from their broken toddler playground, whilst their teachers are sat in a corner on their phones, chatting, yet management does nothing, we have requested she doesn't play there anymore, but why are they even letting toddlers play in an unsafe area, and not being properly monitored. Our toddler on multiple occasions has come home with severe diaper rash, so we make it a point to check her diaper before we leave and staff even argue amongst themselves as to who should change the diaper, after you tell them she has a soiled diaper. We have also found the toddler teacher completely left the room to go to the outside playground to take a call leaving at least 6 toddlers in the classroom unattended for at least 10min, while I came to drop off my toddler, this was brought to management, they did nothing. Their ac stopped working a few weeks ago in my child's classroom and they did not make it a priority to get it fixed, in this hot weather even though it was brought to their attention several times, they have also had issues with billing being incorrect too. The list goes on. This place needs a deep clean, equipment needs upgrading and bottom line management needs to be changed.

Many of the staff over the years showed a true passion for taking care of children. There's a significant amount of turnover, especially at the Assistant Director spot. Many of our favorite teachers have moved on (which is good for them) and have been replaced by some good and some not so good teachers. We signed up for the weekly Phonics Program and there was a significant lack of communication between the Phonics instructor and parents regarding what is being covered on a week to week basis. We also encountered many billing issues during the first year of our tenure. The final straw came when the Director advised us they would stop bussing to/from my daughter's elementary school. This had been a service offered for many years but was discontinued due to 'logistical" reasons. Her recommendation was that I transfer to Oakton KinderCare which is not convenient for us, costs more, and has some questionable online reviews. For the amount of money that I paid over the years, I would have expected to have been treated better than this. If you select this daycare, just know when push comes to shove that the almighty dollar comes first, not your child!

They really care for the children with their heart and we get wonderful arts each week. We also made friends that we still keep in touch with after preschool from this place. The classes are in a small size so that each child get the attention they deserve. I also love their play based learning because at this age, I think it's more important for them to have fun while learning and my child knows his A B C's and learn to write his name from this school. We ended up leaving but the amount of tuition they charge (and it keeps increasing every few months) is crazy for what we're getting. pot holes in the parking lot go unfixed, their signage on the awning got taken down (both did) now its a blank space that looks like something should be there. The inside has not great lighting and wall colors, it looks kind of dim/depressing, instead of bright and clean. I don't know where all this tuition money is going. It could use a facelift and better playground. The school aged kids room has 2 men as the sole providers and I asked if there were ever female assistants or helpers in there and was pretty much told " i know there's a stigma against male daycare teachers." Ok?? sorry males are responsible for 75-90% of the crimes I'm worried about. And Males constitute the majority of "offending" child care providers/babysitters reported to the police (77%) So I don't think that was a ridiculous question or even something ridiculous to be concerned about. And her lack of concern towards MY concerns was unsettling. We also had multiple incidents with my preschooler, one she told me the teacher grabbed her face because she wouldn't wash her hands, and it hurt. They didn't really do anything about it except, apparently, ask the teacher if she did that and she said no. Ok....Why would a 3 year old make up something so random? The preschool teacher also had a loud bell she would ring to get the kids to pay attention which my 3 year old was scared of and she had sensory issues with loud sounds after that started happening, she would freak out at any loud sound and it didn't stop until after we pulled her out. Another incident in the preschool classroom was that they were trying to get all the kids to be quiet and so they told them that here's a monster out in the hallway of the school and if they don't be quiet the monster will come in. So naturally, my 3 year old told me about this, very scared, and was scared of monster in the school and at home, especially at bed time, for awhile. Again, told the front desk, I don't think anything was done about it. My 3 year old went here for a year. She cried almost every day at drop off. She hated going there. I thought it would ease up eventually but it never did. My school ager liked the kids but that was about it. One of the school aged teachers even apparently sat there and told the kids he doesn't like them and what he doesn't like about each one, and some kids cried. I'm just glad I'm out of this money suck. It is not up to the standards that the local competition has, and shouldn't be charging the same tuition as the local competition. I would not recommend this place.

They really care about your children and their development not just academically but spiritually. I toured half a dozen Christian preschools in the area found them to be the most impressive and I have not been disappointed.
