Ordered online and they were supposed to deliver flowers during the holidays and did not. Called and called and got a weird transfer sound then either a fax noise or nothing. I double checked the number and it was correct. They finally called a week later asking if they could send a different arrangement. I placed an order via Ava's not knowing it was a third party service. They sent the order to LFS and the owner called me by mistake to "ask for more money" because the $175 I paid wasn't enough. I was very confused and apparently Ava's did not give them more money and my flower arrangement for my cousins funeral did not arrive. The Owner had told me she would call me to let me know "either way" if they would be handling the order. SHE NEVER CALLED ME and Ava's is a SCAM since I could not get in touch with ANYONE all while listening to their recording telling me how "your order is very important" and even confirmed my order would be delivered(no time given). I get the fact that LFS might feel they are being "undercut" but they signed up for Ava's so that is NOT MY PROBLEM! I paid for a nice arrangement and got nothing but a lot of stress trying to track down my order. When I called LFS they said they refused it because Avas would not pay "more money". IF SHE HAD CALLED ME BACK I WOULD AT LEAST HAVE KNOWN THERE WAS AN ISSUE BUT SHE LIED ABOUT THAT. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I grew up in Summit Cove but live out of state now, and my parents have since moved north of Silverthorne. I wanted to send flowers to my mom for her birthday, knowing their new home is out of the way for any delivery. Ordering a bouquet online was very easy, and Lily was absolutely incredible working with me to get the flowers delivered outside of an area she would normally go to. I have always received the most beautiful arrangements from this shop! I am a regular here, and have been coming here for years. This shop has been in the county since i moved here in the 90's and has never disappointed. The owner, Lil, is always so helpful, and gives great ideas when you are in a pinch for a great bouquet, and aren't sure what to choose. The flowers last so much longer than the cheap ones that the grocery stores sell, because they're always so fresh! Thanks Lil, i will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come!! read more

I ordered a $70 bouquet through Teleflora for my daughters birthday. The pictured bouquet contained 5 full size roses, 2-3 stems of spray roses, multiple stems of mini carnations, fuschia daisy poms & a delicate greenery in a large glass vase. What she received contained one day lily, a few tight mini carnations, 2gerber daisies, two stems of daisy poms & a bunch of baby's breath (I despise baby's breath) all in a small vase. I do realize that flower prices are higher at valentines, but I'm also aware as a florist that when you are part of a wire service you must still follow the script of the pictured arrangement & if you don't have the exact flower available you must substitute with a comparable value. I find it extremely hard to believe that 3 days prior to Valentine's Day there were no full size roses in the shop & also no spray roses that were a little more fresh that what was used. This arrangement was a $35 arrangement at best. Thank goodness Teleflora agreed & refunded me 40%. Don't waste your money. You may not get what you ordered here read more

Want the worst customer service imaginable, try the Little Flower Shop. We ordered flowers for delivery on a certain day. We later find out if the recipient was not home within a two hour window that they could not deliver the flowers and they didn't, even though we asked to have them delivered an hour later. The next day we make sure someone is home during their designated two hour window. We then get a call that the delivery person is afraid she will slip on our driveway and the recipient must come out to the street to pick them up!!! Well, you can imagine we will never use this "no service" business again. They advertise same day delivery. Fat chance!!! read more

Flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!!! I had the owner do the flowers for my wedding and they turned out awesome!!! I am still getting compliments on them and it was a couple weeks ago. I gave her pictures and told her what my idea was and she was able to make it perfect. We had 20 centerpieces, 18 ceremony pieces, arch, plus 7 bouquets and everything else....it was a tall order. We only had a limited amount of time at the venue but it was all set up well in advance of the guests arriving. The team did an awesome job and I was speechless when I walked down the aisle and then again going into the reception space. I am so happy with the way the flowers turned out!!!! read more
