She called me yesterday to ask if they could drop it off at 6:30am because it convened them better. I said no, I have a preschool graduation to attend. I scheduled it for after 12 when ordered. "Ok we can do that." I rushed Beans, my daughter, home from Thyme Square to be here by then- rushed celebration lunch for a good cause - *The CleanUP before the Move* . Called at 12:15 to confirm which location they would be at. (I rented two, one for each house). I was told I would get a call back "after lunch" - how leisurely lunch must of been... Advised me of each step they were taking to keep me "in the know" so I wouldn't stress, showed up each day on time, and always answered my calls. I was very thankful to have such conscientious people helping me. I also found out they do reconstruction and can redo my walls and floors, etc. That was a nice surprise. I will be using Servpro for that too. I understand their slogan like it never even happened."

Every time I needed ServPro, they stepped up above and beyond. Sometimes they got called away on someone who's business or home was in the process of flooding and it was an emergency, our fire was a done deal, we were cleaning up the mess. I got a letter from the City of Monroe today with a building code violation as I am still in the process of doing the inventory. A formal complaint was made against me and I had to get some windows and doors boarded up. I called Servpro and they were there in a couple of hours and did what needed to be done. Since I had used them right after the fire, they still had authorizations from the insurance company and were able to just come and help me out again.
