I spoke to Tim/Owner, and he denied everything, of course. Rather than take responsibility for their horrific work, and harm to my dog, he was super nasty to me. Their complete lack of maturity and customer service was very shocking to me, and it cost over $200 in Vet Bills + the cost of grooming. I gave her another chance and booked again. She confirmed 1:00 PM, then rescheduled 30 minutes before the appointment to 4:00 PM. I showed up at 4:00, waited until 4:25, and she was still not there. No call. No text. No explanation. I tried calling and texting no response. If you can't manage your schedule or communicate with paying clients, you shouldn't be running a business. This is not a one-time mistake, it's a pattern. Don't waste your time.
