I met Jeanette and Tom thru some other breeders out of state. I was dealing with a hardship situation...after purchasing another toy schnauzer from a FL breeder who has a LIFETIME GUARANTEE, but when our vet found an abnormal liver test at 15 weeks...she refused to pay me my money back and would only give my another puppy but only certain ones. Her own vet told her the Ultrasound must be done, but she claimed the puppy was healthy. Needless to say Jeanette helped me recover my initial costs for the puppy, not for my vet bills all the vaccinations and the ears being cropped. The same vet that she referred me to for the ears told me to watch out for a liver shunt. Finally got the money back within a week 2 payments..per advise from her vet or they would stop doing business with her. Jeanette and Tom know their genetics!!! We finally got the heart to find another puppy, since not only did my husband and I loose a sweet little girl, but my other toy schnauzer was so hurt for days after returning the puppy. Jeanette even made a call to the breeder to find out about her pups and she tried to re-sell this sick puppy (no clinical signs yet). Told her the lady's work got in the way and she couldn't handle it. But lied that she invested in all the vaccinations and had the ears cropped. She asked for more money than I paid for her. We found a perfect match for us!!! and it was worth the drive and the money we paid Little Friends Schnauzers!!! You will not go wrong with them!! All there puppies are chunky monkeys and are so happy and loving!!! Take the drive and pay for QUALITY PUPPIES!!!!
