Where do I start. I start with being greeted by the most cheerful waitress we ever met. She sat us in a corner by the front, immediately asked what were drinking then after reviewing the menu asked for our order. She did this by memory, no tablet, no paper, just memory, and we were a group of four. Food arrives a short time later and , wow. Plenty and tasteful. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast anytime you have the opportunity to drop in. I had the German Sausage with eggs over easy with hash browns. Now the hash browns come covered in brown gravy. Sooooo yummy. If you are dieting, do not come here, but you'll be missing out.

Excellent Burger stop if you're on your way to Canada or just touristing around... very well priced, good options like green or potato salad, old fashioned burger but not greasy, firm and fresh, great selection of drinks. Employees were conscientious and wore masks, sanitizer at door. Clean and bright place

Their hours are very specific & not necessarily what you'd expect, but they are SO worth it to come in for breakfast. We were in on a Monday, mid-morning & it was packed. The ladies were so incredibly friendly & the food was plentiful & really reasonably priced. At the cash register we bought a small bag of homemade caramels that were incredible. My breakfast of 2 eggs, large quantity of hash browns, 2 pieces of toast, & 2 giant & delicious sausage patties was only $8 (I think). I couldn't eat it all.

Awesome restaurant for breakfast. Definitely stop by. Food was tasteful and plentiful. Plenty of seating even for a busy Saturday morning. Clean and easy parking right off the highway. Servers were quick and attentive.

Good call! The place is just as advertised; a bar and grill. The inside is split between a family dining section and the "pub" section, complete with pool table and big screens. BUT, there are also a few tables there so we decided to sit in that section. The pub side is a little dark, as you would expect a pub to be. The family dining section, though, is more brightly lit - both areas are very clean and welcoming. The menu has many an option from the standard comfort fare to pasta and low-carb options. They also have a board with daily specials. We both ordered the "fishwich." She ordered garlic on her seasoned fries and I ordered garlic on my curly fries. Our meals came out pretty quickly and we're piping hot and tasty. One word of caution - expect to be feared by vampires with all the garlic that comes on those fries! But, to their credit, the garlic is not as overpowering as it looks like it could be. The fries were really good (especially the crispy "seasoned" fries), as was the fish sandwich. Service was efficient and friendly. We were brought our drinks and food with smiles and offers for anything else. Prices are respectable - even surprising. We're looking forward to coming back and trying their dinner menu.

Each dish had a nice balance of flavor and protein/beg/carb. Not easy to do the breadth of cuisines they do here (that we tried) well. After school snack is a peanut butter cookie for the road. Service was friendly and proactive. We are happy to have stopped here and they are deserving of their rating.

It has a great theme with the wooden spoons everywhere, cool old tin panels in the ceiling as well as the burlap bags. You order at the counter, pay and get your numbered wooden spoons which you place in a glass milk carton at the table you choose while awaiting your food. There is plenty of brick inside the restaurant which is always something I like. The woman who took or order said that the owner had bought the place behind them and they were blowing out the wall in between the two establishments so the kitchen can service two places. Sounds good right? The problem we had was that the breakfasts we got were not hot, I mean barely warm. My sunny up eggs were barely done, still alot of clear in the whites. My two halves of toast were put together, butter to butter. The second pieces together for my entire meal I was going to put marmalade on after I had finished all but them. The butter had not even melted into the toast, it was still whole butter. Everything tasted quite good, but it has to be hot. We would certainly return, but it fell just short of the mark. Too bad!
