I look and say no I told you I was at pump three She says I say seven Now I know I didn't say 7. 100% sure I didn't say seven. She starts accusing me of calling her an idiot which I never implied nor ever said. I stuck up for myself and said ma'am I've never implied that you were stupid or an idiot. I've never raised my voice. I've been talking in the same consistent, low soft tone. You're the one that yelling. Well, now the manager comes over and says well did you get your receipt? I said yes the manager says well you can Well, here's the problem. She rang up my transaction for number seven. I'm still out $32. I called Sheetz. I explained this to them... Yes, Sheetz corporate which by the way it's gonna take you at least 35 minutes to get a human being. Their response oh, I'm so sorry this happened to you will make a note of it. No offered a refund my money no complementary gift card not even a sincere apology. I am not a fan of Sheetz anymore. This location is staffed by not the most UN-professional and UN-helpful people. I would -and shall avoid it.

The men's room was tidy and the rest of the store was clean. Drinks and snacks well stocked like a proper convenience store.
