Choosing a preschool/daycare for your child is such a big decision, especially when it is their first experience being away from their parents and we feel incredibly grateful that we chose TLE. From the very beginning, Ms. Zoila made such a tremendous difference in Domenic's life. She was his first teacher, and she helped him feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved during what could have been a very difficult transition. Because of her patience, warmth and care, Domenic quickly began to thrive. Even after he moved up to the next classroom, Ms. Zoila continued checking in on him and making sure he was doing well. That meant so much to us as parents and showed us that her care for him went far beyond simply being his teacher. Ms. Lucy was another incredibly special part of Domenic's journey. She was caring, nurturing, and made a real effort to understand who Domenic was. Even though there was a language barrier and she did not speak Spanish, she never allowed that to become a barrier to making him feel seen, understood, and loved. She always found ways to connect with him, shower him with affection, and make sure he never felt alone. Domenic absolutely loved her, and it was obvious how much she cared about him. Ms. Lupita played such an important role in helping Domenic grow and become more independent. As his outgoing teacher, she helped prepare him for his next chapter by encouraging his development, confidence, and independence. She was an important part of the progress he made while at TLE. We also want to recognize Kristen and the entire TLE team. Everyone was consistently welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in Domenic. It was clear that the teachers and staff knew him and not just his name but who he was as our little person. Every time we walked through the school, staff members would greet Domenic and us with a smile and a hello. Those little moments made the school feel like a community rather than simply a place where we dropped our child off. TLE was also incredibly flexible and understanding with our crazy schedule, which made such a difference for our family. They worked with us, supported us, and made things easier during times when balancing work, family, and everything else could be challenging. We especially appreciated the many opportunities they created for parents to be involved in Domenic's experience. Events like Mother's Day and Father's Day gave us opportunities to celebrate with him and be part of his school life. Those memories are something we will always cherish. Most importantly, the education, social skills, confidence, and independence Domenic developed at The Learning Experience carried directly over into his new preschool. He transitioned incredibly well into his new environment and has continued to thrive. We truly believe the foundation that was built at TLE played a huge part in making that possible. Seeing how well Domenic is doing today makes us even more grateful for the love, patience, teaching, and care he received at The Learning Experience. The wonderful person he is becoming is a reflection of all the people who poured their time and love into him during such an important stage of his life. We are so thankful to Kristen, Ms. Zoila, Ms. Lucy, and the entire TLE team for everything they did for our son. We made the right decision choosing The Learning Experience, and we will always look back on our time there with so much gratitude. Thank you, TLE for loving and caring for Domenic as if he were one of your own.

I always felt completely safe dropping her off each morning and never had to worry about her throughout the day. One thing I especially appreciated was that the entire school is nut-free. My daughter has a peanut allergy, so knowing that the school took this seriously gave me so much peace of mind. There was even one occasion when a parent brought peanut butter cupcakes for a birthday celebration, and I'm guessing they weren't aware of the nut-free policy. Her teacher immediately made sure the cupcakes were not opened or consumed by any of the students and returned them to the parent. I was so grateful that she was so attentive and proactive about my daughter's safety. Over the three years, we had the pleasure of having Ms. Ericka, Ms. Esperanza, Ms. Yoshimy, and Ms. Ariana as teachers, and I can honestly say that every one of them was wonderful, caring, and skilled. We also loved seeing Ms Elena, Ms Kristen, and Mr Rob every day as they I really felt they cared about each and every one of the kiddos there. Our most recent teacher, Ms. Yoshimy, did an especially amazing job preparing my daughter for kindergarten. By the time she graduated, she could confidently write all of her uppercase and lowercase letters and had even learned how to read! I believe she had made her way through around 20 books. My daughter started kindergarten this month, and she is already ahead in many areas because of what she learned at TLE. She is not even learning some of the things yet that she had already mastered with Ms. Yoshimy! I have recommended TLE to friends and family many times and will continue to do so without hesitation. We are so grateful for the wonderful teachers and staff who cared for our daughter and helped give her such a strong start.

Mrs. Elsie didn't just teach my daughter; she set the entire foundation for her future success. While I now see many older students who struggle to sit still long enough to read or write, my daughter has been building these crucial foundational skills since she was 2.5 years old and she is excelling in Kindergarten all thanks to Mrs. Elsie's early childhood program. Here is what makes this school so incredibly special: Unwavering Support & Inclusion: In many other classrooms, children who need extra attention or have special needs are often frowned upon or marginalized. Mrs. Elsie, however, gives every single child her undivided attention to help them thrive. She never speaks negatively about any student; instead, she always sees them for what they could become and recognizes their truest potential. This level of unwavering belief in every child is incredibly rare to find anywhere else. Intentional Social Development: When my daughter needed constant reminders to navigate social situations, Mrs. Elsie went above and beyond. She would mindfully create specific scenarios in the classroom just to give my daughter extra, safe opportunities to talk, interact, and build confidence with other children. Keen Observation & Individualized Growth: From the moment a student walks through her doors, Mrs. Elsie observes them with a sharp, caring eye. She has a rare gift for quickly identifying what naturally interests each child and exactly which areas they will excel in, tailoring her approach to help them blossom. The Montessori Philosophy in Action: Holding a Montessori certification, Mrs. Elsie creates a beautifully prepared environment that fosters independence and self-directed learning. The children are engaged in so many different, purposeful activities--they are never overstimulated, yet absolutely never bored. A Miracle Worker with Milestones: Before coming to Mrs. Elsie, I had tried potty training my daughter three separate times without success. Mrs. Elsie had her fully trained in less than a month. Mrs. Elsie and Mrs. Veronica have truly been guardian angels in my daughter's life. Their kindness and patience with every single kid are unmatched. You can instantly tell that Mrs. Elsie is deeply passionate about her life's work. She once told me that she prays every single day to make a positive impact on the life of each child she teaches. I can say with absolute certainty that she does exactly that. We are forever grateful!

Ms. Elsie was so kind everytime I called asking questions and inquiring about the waitlist. We were ecstatic once our daughter got into to the school. Our daughter absolutely thrived and had the best time. Her speech exploded, her confidence grew, and her social skills developed. We are big supporters of the Montessori way and Ms. Elsie/Ms. Veronica are fantastic instructors. They are so patient and kind but maintain structure. Like any parent, we had concerns about the teachers, environment, safety, and overall experience to ensure our child's first introduction to school would be positive. We believed we had done enough vetting to feel confident she would be in good hands, but that ultimately fell short. We knew our child struggled with anxiety and nervousness when entering new environments, and we communicated this clearly to both the teachers and the director. We were assured that her behavior was normal and that the staff was familiar with situations like hers. However, after one month of attending daycare two days a week, our daughter became genuinely petrified of the school and its teachers. We later learned that one of the teachers had been berating toward her. Instead of offering comfort and support, the teacher appeared annoyed and unwilling to tolerate her anxiety. Some examples included showing her the infant rooms while she was crying and telling her "babies cry here" as well as pointing and demanding she follow directions in a tone and demeanor that even we, as her parents, would never use. When I brought these concerns to the director, Ms. Tammy, her response felt dismissive and, truthfully, disingenuous. Her comments included, "I'm sorry you feel that way," and "She's the only child that's been this way here." These responses were surprising, especially considering the warm welcome and assurances we initially received. We understand that our child is not the only one they need to tend to, but a little grace and comfort would go a long way for a three‑year‑old experiencing daycare for the first time. I'm hopeful our experience was an isolated case. For parents whose children struggle with separation anxiety or timidness, I strongly encourage having thorough conversations with the teachers before deciding to enroll at this daycare.

I took time from work to go to the tour and when they met with me the manager said that they don't have any spots available but she could give me the tour anyway. I let her know that I was confused because the day before you said that there's availability and now there's not. So was there spots filled within 14 hours? I also had mentioned her that she told me that there was a spot available and that's the whole reason that I scheduled the tour and took time from work to go check it out before enrolling my child. I hope with future people they are more organized because people have to take time from their day or time from finding a daycare for their child from other places just for them to try to get me in to put me on a waiting list. I found a different daycare that was super friendly and close to home but they really should do a better job at informing people that they do or don't have spots available because there's no reason that I would tour if they don't have any availability. It just doesn't make any sense and it's a waste of time
