If there's any issues or concerns, they get resolved. I love their flexibility and willingness to help with anything they can. Also, the fact that they have different activities/classes for the kids to enjoy makes me feel comfortable/happy leaving my kids there. I recommended pixie to my daughter, because I also have many friends in the area who have told us good things. I think you can really tell when people truly care. They know her every quirk, and how to deal with her moods et.al. And after meeting with the Owner/Director of Pixie Child Care, I felt as though she really had my son's best interest at heart. But what made me feel it was the right place for my son to be, was that he never came home and told me about how he had been disciplined to excess, or having not been fed, or kids treating him poorly, and I felt comfortable continuing to take him there. He enjoyed going, and at that time, my son often had trouble being away from me. They have a great playground area located in the rear of the building and the teachers have a curriculum so my boy wasn't sitting around on his todd doing nothing. Child care was a stressful situation for me to find the right fit, but I was relieved we found Pixie Child care.
