The administration and teachers here are all equally important and interact with the students, and it's pretty cool... I know children go through developmental leaps and bounds from age 1 to 2, but I think she especially thrived in that environment because they fostered her love of learning and independence. Healthy meals and snacks are provided daily, which was a huge time saver for me. They use an app to log meals, naps, diaper changes, and any important updates or special notes. Occasionally they would upload photos too, which was always a nice treat. My husband and I have full time jobs so we rely on daycare. I feel that the relationship LOs have with their teachers is a close 2nd to the relationship they have with their parents. They spend more active time with our children than we are able to! I worked at previous day cares in my hometown and this one has been my favorite so far. The director (Ms Anna) and program manager (Ms Cassy) are some really amazing, kind hearted people. They always have the best interest of the kids in mind, you can tell they are really in it for the best reasons! There were tons of areas for me to grow and learn as a worker there. I was able to work with almost every age group (which was THE BEST part). The community of workers here was also my favorite part. Everyone who worked here while I did was exactly what I would want in a childcare for my child. Loving, caring people with the ability to teach and adapt to different children's learning styles. We were reassured that they would work with him, support his progress, and that there was no need for concern. However, after only three days of attendance, we received a phone call at pickup informing us--without any prior warning or discussion--that it would be his last day. If you have a 3-year-old with similar behavioral challenges, I would recommend taking their assurances with caution and making sure you have a backup plan in place, as unfortunately we did not. If there was an option for 0 stars I'd pick that.

We had to un-enroll her after just two days here. To me, this demonstrated a poor lack of judgment among other things. Why wouldn't you want to protect the children you're teaching? I spoke with the director and she apologized and refunded all of our money. The issue with the staff not masking is complicated as they claimed a religious exemption to masking (which isn't a real thing)! We're two years into his pandemic. Wearing a mask isn't hard. I'm a nurse and wear one all day while caring for patients. It's not hard to protect yourself and others. It amazes me that I even have to write this right now but I want others to be aware before enrolling here in case keeping their children safe at preschool is a concern for them.

They finally answered today which is still 35 days notice if they had answered or had an answering machine we would have given them 47 days notice. She proceeds to try and make me feel guilty on the phone for 'not giving them very much notice to fill our spot' and then the same person we originally met with Amanda now says $95 of our 'fully refundable deposit' is now not refundable. But she would call me back if she could refund any of it due to my 'lack of notice.' My husband takes time off work to go in and discuss with them and no one will answer his knocks so he decides to call while standing in the lobby. He literally watched someone in the office decide to not answer the phone while he is standing in the entrance calling. He ends up talking to Amanda's daughter who tells him that the deposit is fully refundable. A few hours later he gets a call back and the guy on the phone says the $95 is a registration fee.. we never actually registered we still have the registration packet on the counter at home, and the registration fee is non-refundable. To which he begins to question why it is not refundable since it is a registration fee and we were never registered and the guy says "I'm sorry you feel that way" it has nothing to do with feeling a certain way, they are charging us for a service never rendered. To end the phone call the guy tells my husband "WELL IT IS A GOOD THING YOUR DAUGHTER ISN'T COMING TO OUR DAYCARE."

Not only do they give us daily report cards, but the teachers take time to talk to every parent at pick up about how their day went. Our little guy went through a bought of upset tummies and they were excellent about trouble shooting with us and tracking his meals with a food diary so we could get to the bottom of the issue. At two and a half our son knows all of his ABC's, counts to 10 in three languages, knows all of his colors, animals and even knows sign language, all thanks to the staff at Noah's Ark! We could not have found a better group of people to love and care for our son!

He's learning so much, it's like night and day compared to the preschool he went to at the beginning of the year. The teachers are upbeat, but real, no phony pleasantries. They have fun with each other and the kids but also know how to lead and discipline. I hate to move away from this when we go out of state, but I'm glad my son experienced it. He went from being a black sheep in his first school experience (Montessori of all things) for his speech delay, to being an accepted and cared for student with this preschool. Rayna (hope I spelled that right), Stacy, Wumi, and any other teachers I may not have seen yet have welcomed my son warmly and given him plenty of daily challenges to recognize his abilities. He comes home charged and chatty with the days activities. I also enjoy his projects he brings home. He's coloring more precisely, writing letters and his name, singing songs, listening better, making construction projects that are really creative, learning more about days of the week, etc. Stuff you need to know for kindergarten. They definitely have a good student to teacher ratio so the kids get the attention they need. It's really just adorable to hear about the goings on in there and I can occasionally peak at the tail end of class when I come to pick him up which is always entertaining. We literally went from dreading his future based on his first teacher's opinion of him and his multitude of disabilities (according to her), to feeling filled with hope and gladness that there are people who see his abilities and the good in his personality and that he is a kid first and foremost.
