This is one of the best LICENSED day cares in the whole area. They are kind, courteous,…read moreprofessional, and the kids actually seem to love being there. My daughter was so unhappy at her other 'day care' and would just cry when I would leave her. Here she is so happy and even looks forward to going and cant understand why she cant go on the weekends. What really grabbed my attention when looking for a new place for my daughter is the fact that the director has a Masters in Education and the Program Director has taught in the military for over 30 years. I was also please to find out that each of the 'class rooms' were set up just like a traditional school, with art work, and curriculum that were being taught for that week. The other thing that really pleased me was that they provided a FDA Sponsored Food Program, which means that they provided meal, breakfast, lunch, and snack. While on a tour of the facility I got to see the kitchen where each meal was prepped and was pleased to see that they had a list of every child's allergies listed above the food prep area. I was also happy to see just how connected each of the teachers were with the children, interacting with them one on one, and how they all reinforced equality and friendship, and used a soothing voice. If you are looking for a loving, caring, enriched place for your kiddos, you really need to check this place out.

They are short staffed constantly putting care into constant question and they have to rotate students who can't come to school that day because they don't pay their staff enough at all to stay. Teachers leave all the time. New ones come in, then leave shortly after. They're good with the kids, but for the astronomical cost that they keep raising, Cadence should come with peace of mind at least that you'll be able to get to work and know your children are being cared for by happy teachers who aren't overworked and underpaid, and constantly rotated so there is no bond formed. The gaslighting by the director on how this "isn't that bad" is obnoxious and insulting. On top of all this, they'll keep accepting new students and taking your money although they can't even handle the enrollment they have. It's all about money here. Interesting note: another Cadence location in the area had a teacher walkout because of pay and lack of training, so this is a pattern in this company. They're based in AZ and aren't local. And no matter what Cadence tells you, this is NOT NORMAL. There are a multitude of preschools in the area who do not put parents through this circus. I would highly advise you look elsewhere. This school is not at all worth the hassle. I've included photos of just a fraction of the "short staff" emails we recieved and that they're limiting classes that day or a warning that you may not be able to count on them for the day. If you have a very flexible schedule with work and don't need to follow any sort of structure in your personal life, this is the place for you. And to the teachers who do stay longer than a few weeks: you're saints and you should be paid a living wage.

The staff is so wonderful and my daughter loves going. At two years old she comes home talking about her friends and all the things she did that day. The yard is fenced and very well maintained with space and interactive play equipment perfect for a pre-school. The interior had a very comfortable play and study area. The whole property gave "grandma's got style vibes". Crystal also had a perfect vehicle to taking the kids anywhere they need to go. Crystal is open and pragmatic and she cares about her community. My son ended up at a different facility due to a connection to my husbands work. But truth be told I knew out of all the people we interviews for care Crystal was providing the most love and intimate care. She's a lovely woman and if you can get your kids into her daycare you are very lucky! Not surprised she has nothing but positive reviews here!

My son has been going to The Teaching Home since he was 2.5 years old. He is now 4.5 and when I…read morementioned Kindergarten the other day, he cried for a long time, because he NEVER wants to leave his home away from home. Crystal, the main caretaker, is a very experienced, loving, and dependable educator. I love that she is always there, giving my son the consistent experience, kids at that age crave. Especially since I'm hearing about the constant staffing changes in bigger childcare centers and that impact on the kids. His days at the Teaching Home are filled with play (there are many building toys, he especially enjoys), doing arts & crafts (he brings something home almost daily), and eating healthy meals (all meals and snacks are provided). Kids are even involved in preparing some foods (for example kneading dough for home made bread). There is a nice outdoor space for them to play, dig in the dirt, and run around. Wednesdays during the school year, the kids get to attend a preschool coop, where they dive into a new topic each week (eg. friendship, the letter, F, how to be a good friend, read a book about friendship, draw your best friend). It feels great dropping off our kid there in the morning, knowing he'll have a wonderful day!

To my relief, when I walked in I was greeted by the director, Angel, who was warm, friendly and very informative. Immediately many of my fears dissipated. We decided to give it a shot. The first few weeks were tough for my daughter, but the staff and director made it so easy for her, and for me. And there was Miss Rose which made me smile. She was an asset at the previous daycare that my kids had been at, and she is still an asset at Bibity Bobity. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Thank You Jesus that there was a good daycare that my kids could go to in Sequim. Change is not easy. Bibity Bobity is a little more organized. I like how the different rooms are organized. I like how there is an option to pay more money to have our son in preschool. I like the two separate playgrounds-one for the old kids and one for the younger toddlers.
