I was quoted one monthly tuition amount during enrollment, but after my children started attending, I was charged significantly more than what had been discussed. In addition, I experienced repeated billing errors, and I often had to reach out to have charges corrected. It was frustrating to constantly question whether my bill was accurate. We did love Ms. Isis and Ms. Kelly they were so nice and compassionate with the kids. My biggest concern, however, was the daycare's handling of staff conduct. I learned that there were concerns about a teacher being rough with children, and I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. As a parent, I expect any concerns involving children's safety and well-being to be addressed promptly and communicated appropriately. Because of the ongoing billing problems and my concerns about how serious issues were managed, I made the decision to disenroll my children. I hope the daycare improves its billing practices, communication, and accountability so other families have a better experience.

She got to practice her Spanish, but the termination of the contract deeply affected my job and school. Edit: My daughter is at a new daycare where we've yet to have problems. They manage her allergies well and have no issues with me. The owner of this previous daycare claimed "my bad manners" and an "incident" led to early termination. Well, I was going through immunotherapy that year and was exhausted. My daughter also has health problems and during the time of the incident I was on the phone with my daughter's allergist to create an asthma plan for her new school. This daycare provided good care and my child loved it, but because of how the early termination affected my schooling, work and overall life, I would not recommend it.

The staff also keep us updated if there are any sicknesses going around or if the group is going through anything challenging (like the biting phase!) and what they are doing to address it. Now that our baby is eating solids we love the convenience of all of her meals and milk being provided (included in the cost!). The meals are well-rounded and it's so cute that they all eat together at a table! I think it encourages my baby to eat more when she sees her friends doing so. We also love that they keep the cohort together and how the teachers move along with the kids from room to room as they grow. I am not sure if this will continue into preschool, but just having Miss Mariela from the infant to toddler phase has been a true blessing for us. I can't tell you how many times I have showed my mom friends the app or told them about the things AOP offers and they say "wow my daycare doesn't do all that!"
