Went here on 1/4/25. Came here for a birthday party. Looks like you can rent the entire place out for birthdays. So it was only our party. But I bet this place gets busy. Looks like they do have a separate area for children who don't walk yet. They have bounce houses, climbing walls, a jungle gym, cars, slides, etc. A lot of fun in a decent size area. Looks like they sell a limited food and drinks. The 2 ladies who were working this evening were great. Very attentive and kind. Would definitely want to check this place out on a normal business day. I haven't been to a Monkey Bizness in forever since m kids are older, but I went yesterday for my nieces birthday party. She turned two and this place full of jumpy inflatables was just the ticket. The location was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had the whole place to ourselves and a private party room. We had an attendant that helped with serving the food we had delivered (pizza and cupcakes). Cleanup was a breeze and everything was pretty well organized. For young kids, these places are a good way to wear them out in short order. read more

On my way out I also noticed a "Parents Night Out" option that I'll have to look into because that peaked my interest. Been contemplating taking my youngest here for months and finally did yesterday before a haircut. He was IN LOVE. Covid has been so hard on little kids, he has barely been able to interact with kids his own age. He ran around like a maniac. I love the idea of being able to drink a latte while he's over there living his best life. Signing up for a time was easy. It was a bit crowded as the morning went on but it was frigid outside yesterday so I imagine it totally depends on the day. It's in a great location, he never got bored. We will be back. My only suggestion would be an attendant or two in the play area. I wouldn't be comfortable letting him run around without adult supervision so I won't be drinking coffee on the sidelines until he's older. read more

My 4 year old wanted to have her birthday party here after a friend did a few months prior - I went to their site and the party options were very well laid out with prices and features, making it very easy to understand. Ultimately, we decided for a private party on the weekend. Leading up the party itself, the staff was great! They called me and give super clear details on what to expect and let me know to reach out with any questions at all (Of which we had very few, since they were so concise!) We opted to bring our own food and decorations and on the day of, when we arrived we were helped right away - they went over everything we had talked through, including pricing details. My daughter had such an amazing time during her party and not once did we worry about anything! When it was time to move to the party room they helped make sure we were all set and checked in often. We ended up with more goody bags ordered than we needed, and they took those we didn't need and refunded us, a move which they easily could have ignored. They also told us to just leave anything we didn't want to take with, including trash, and they would take care of it. All in, we had a wonderful, stress-free experience - a huge benefit for my daughter's first ever birthday party! The staff was so friendly and so helpful. I have been coming to this business for over a year. This fall we got the membership and it has been the best activity we could do for our daughter. We had our membership for 7 months straight. It is a great deal. My toddler has made friends and the place is so big and fun that she always wants to go. One thing I love is how the business owner takes pride in her business. She is regularly present and very helpful. All the staff members and the owner are kind and patient. They work hard to keep the business clean and safe while the kids play. The set up is amazing for toddlers though they do have a baby area. There is snacks and drink options. They will even make you a fancy coffee drink or smoothie. I can't say much good or bad about this place. It's just a bunch of inflatable bounce houses, 2 with slides inside the bounce house and two just basic bounce houses and one double inflatable slide. Not much honestly, but kids love it so can't really knock it for just being bounce houses if their target audience enjoys it lol. The kids get to be kids. The girls up front never once told the kids to not do something or stop playing some way. Kinda weird considering kids were climbing over the bounce walls and everything but it was nice not having rule ... you know. The best part in my opinion was they don't charge parents to come in or play with the kids. I was here to accompany my two lady frens who happened to have little ones. Was here on Wednesday, February 3rd 2010. Time frame about 1545hrs ish. If I am not mistaken, per child above age 1, you need to pay something like $7.50 so with tax it becomes $8 ++. If you are new to this place, you need to sign in etc etc.. To me, this place is an A-OK place for kids to run around indoors while the parents can catch up with other parents or you can "surpervise" your kids at the designated areas. They also have an ARTS and CRAFT room where you can let your kids to paint, draw or just doodle away. The place is bright and clean. One drawback about the staff is the lady that handles behind the counter. Perhaps on, that day when I am around, this establishment is under-staff coz, it took her awhile to make the beverages for my friends and I. Or perhaps she is new to her job on this faithful day. Well, the good thing as long as my frens' kids are happy, I am happy for them. Since I dont have any kids as yet, I would rate this place between 3 to 3.5 stars. Great concept, and my toddler loved a new environment. However, I was disappointed in several aspects of my visit. 1. Cleanliness- this place is dirty. The toddler area toys had caked on grime/food that very obviously has been there a LONG time. The climbing structure- OMG this is where i was just appalled- nearly an inch of dust around the perimeter/in corners and the hanging obstacles were just brown/black with dirt. I genuinely do not think an adult employee has EVER gone through and actually CLEANED this place. 2. Lack of structure in the toddler area- no employees ever came by to gently remind the bigger kids this was an area for the babies and toddlers. I understand this is primarily on parents, but gentle reminders of rule following by staff would be appreciated. I feel the employees here think they are just baristas and that is it- the person working was on her phone behind the counter the whole time. 3. Quality of items- some really great play pieces but many have not been taken care of, are breaking or broken, dirty, and just sort of scattered about with no system. there were so many pieces of foam blocks and little slides in the toddler area there was nearly no free ground to move about- a bit chaotic. I can't say enough about how much this place has changed since it has new owners! It is sparkling clean and very organized. I feel secure in bringing my kiddos here. I dropped off my 8 year old and 5 year old at the new year's eve party 2020. None of the kids where required to wear masks and there were over 25 kids in a fairly small place. There were only 3 adults there one being a hired DJ. When I picked my kids up they were both crying and telling me about how all the kids were totally out of control! They said that the kids were hitting, kicking, jumping on them and even ripping holes in the bouncy castles. When I asked my kids if they told the adults in charge they said they did but nothing was done. My 5 year old daughter said she was hiding for a long time under a slide so she wouldn't get hurt. Way too many kids and no enough supervision! Not a fun or safe experience for either of them. read more

This place is great if its not busy. I do believe they need to charge more though due to the fact that it is always busy. My main opposition to this place comes from the lack of guidance from other parents. I usually see only 2 out of 20 parents explain manners to their kids. Honestly I would give this businesses a 0/5. But the lowest I could rate is a 1. My mom threw a birthday party for my twin sisters 1st birthday and they were so rude. My little sisters and the kids in the family were playing on the play ground and the lady is walking around saying ten more minutes to play on the ground. There was nobody in the building it was only our party there. We had the party time from 1-3. After cake and food the kids went back out to play. I took my baby sisters to the infants playground my little sister loved the tree that you could go into. One lady comes over and tells me my boyfriend and little sisters we need to get off the playground because our play time was up and we needed to leave cuz we had no more time. I look at the time and it is 2:45! So she goes over and talks to my mom and tells her our time is up and we needed to leave. The lady started packing up our room and telling us we had to leave. She kicked us out and was so rude she said we didn't have the room from 1-3. My mom pulls up the online paperwork and shows her the times. She still insists we leave and it's a little kids place so we don't want to make a scene so we left. Hands down not worth the cost or the time. Worst kids party I've ever been to. read more

We played here for about 90 minutes. We got there around 9:45am and it wasn't as busy as I thought. When we left it was getting busy. When you check in for the first time you have to sign a waiver. I don't know if there is an option to do it online but I wish I would have known. After trying to juggle my 18 month and signing the waiver we enjoyed both the crawler area and the bigger area. We also saw that there was an art room! There is a cubbie area to put your shoes and jackets. Some people use the dining area to utilize their shoes and jackets. The staff encourages parents/guardians supervise the children. Some parents use this time to socialize or be on their phones. They do have a little library area for kids. They have a coffee and smoothie bar and also sells snacks. If you forget to bring socks they sell socks for $2. Very Disappointed with this location. My wife and I Took my son here for his 4th Birthday. They wanted to charge $5 for myself and $5 for my wife just to be in the building while my son was playing. I called around to all of the other monkey Buziness locations and I was told by the Parker location that the first adult was free and the second adult was only $2. The Colorado Springs location said all adults are free. I went back into the Westminster location to make sure I was speaking with the owner. The lady at the counter confirmed that she was the owner. I let her know that I had checked with the other locations and in a very dismissive way she rolled her eyes and said that's "Just how they do it there." I'm giving this place 2 stars for one big reason. On our way out my nephew, who is 4 years old, slipped on the tile near the front desk and hit his bottom and back. After making sure he was okay, I immediately told the young blonde lady at the front desk what happened. Her first response was to say that it's hard to keep the floor dry during winter and there was nothing she could do. It infuriates me that her initial response was to make excuses rather than asking if the child was okay. And next is to put out a slippery floor sign to protect others. On Sat April 29th I came here for my nephew's 4th birthday. We had the place booked for 2 hours which included the play and party room. Our coordinator for the event was very young (probably high school) and boy did it show...For someone working in a kid environment you would think she would know how to command a group of 4year olds well and WITHOUT a voice of constant annoyance to both the kids and the parents. While I know it is their job to help with the flow of the party and ensure kids make it from the play section to the eating and cake portion of the party you could tell she had no interest in having us there. If you book an event until 2pm you would expect to utilize the space and venue until 2pm. That was not the case. We were asked to stop the party 20mins till and begin to clean up. A 4 year old was not even allowed to open his presents (not even a couple) at his birthday party with his guest in the party room or in the lobby. On top of the abrupt end to the party as people were still trying to enjoy their cake in most awkward situation and tension in the room. We were rushed to clean up around our guest. I can not believe also in our 20 minute mad dash to clean up our host, continuously told us we needed to clean up NOT open presents, and be out of the space exactly at 2pm. She then disappeared to the back and wasn't apart of the cleaning up. What happened next I could not even believe. In those 20mins of time were the party ended, cleaning occurred and uncomfortableness she had the AUDACITY to come back from where ever she was to ask the mother of the party "DONT FORGET THE FOOD YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO GIVE TO US TO FEED US." In the 20mins she disappeared to eat the food we brought for our guest we could have been opening presents. Super disappointed in the structure there, and will most definitely not suggest or book another party here. Ya'll dropped the ball :/ He's 4! Let him open a present GESH! read more

Since the smaller Little Monkey Bizness on Colorado closed this is the location I end up at most often. I actually really love all the play structures they have in here, everything from a big, bouncy slide to a small kiddos area. Both of my boys love it, too. They have trikes you can ride, an art room, the 2 and under area, and a lot of different slides, bounce houses, and climbing areas. It's definitely a good place to burn off some energy. The also have a coffee area up front that offers some snacks, and pizza. They do offer a membership now which is nice. The only thing I would change is the drive for us to get there, but that's certainly not Little Monkey Bizness' fault. read more

I came today with my 1.5 and 2.5 year old boys today. We are from San Francisco and love indoor play spaces like Recess, MyGym and Peekadoodle. We especially love bouncy houses. What we found at Little Monkey Bizness was a disgrace. It's a small space in a mall, certainly not worth much of a drive. Today was an absolute madhouse. I saw so many moms leaving because their kids "weren't having fun". Parents of toddlers - no matter how hard you try it is impossible to keep an eye on your child and I can guarantee they will be stomped on, body slammed and trampled upon by older children. The bouncy house is in the corner so you can't see inside. I helped one pregnant mom to retrieve her little toddler and once inside the bouncy house, I could see several rungs of the ladder to the slide broken. So kids were falling on each other and fights were breaking out. Pushing, hitting and kicking. It was awful. My 2.5 year old was stomped upon. I got him out. Pathetically there were plenty of parents sitting around in their iPhones drinking coffee at the front while their children were either hurting kids or getting hurt. Strangely they have big metal tricycles around so big kids could crash into little ones. I've never witnessed so much crying. The only employees are the barristas making coffee at the front. No one is monitoring the capacity of children in the bouncy houses, climbing structure or slides. There weren't any signs posted as to how many kids could go in at once. There is little regard for safety at Little Monkey Bizness. This is a an absolute failure of a children's facility. read more

Alicia H and I decided to take Little Man H. here since he is now 13 months and is on the go!!! We figured it would be a great place to play with him while enjoying a beverage and chatting at the same time. And it was. He certainly had a blast in the infant-toddler area and we enjoyed catching up. So why only 3 stars? Let me explain. For those of you that don't know, I used to be an Early Childhood Educator, so my review of this place comes from that perspective. And here's what I saw: Inattentive staff and parents. While I know that the staff isn't there to supervise the play area, I do think they should hire and train staff to do so and enforce safety guidelines. Especially since the layout of the place basically encourages parents to sit at the eating area and utilize their laptops while their kids run around. That brings me to the layout... The layout in my opinion, is a poor design. I think the cafe area should be next to the older child's play area, instead of the infant's...or perhaps even between the infant area and the older children's play area. There was one girl, around 8, who continually jumped the walls from the play area for the older children into the infant area to get to her mom's table. She wasn't being very cautious of the babies...I really wanted to say something. Then there's the cleanliness of the place. Yes, I know this is a play place for children, however I didn't just smell pee, I smelled something that I can't really describe... honestly wouldn't be something that would have smelled like that from just one day. I'm wondering how often they sanitize the equipment. I really wanted to find a bottle of bleach and water. This all said, I know I'm coming from an angle where I would probably be much more critical than the average person. I certainly think this a great place for parents to take their kids to let go of some extra energy...just please supervise them while enjoying your latte! read more

Took my almost-2-yr-old here on Jan 2 this year and it was PACKED. So packed, that I immediately thought that the workers should have turned people away or have more people there regulating the play areas. The crawler area for 2 yrs and younger is just okay. If you're thinking of bringing a child this small somewhere to play, the Children's museum is a better choice as there is more to do and interact with. Now for children who are already very proficient at walking, the other areas are fun for them. My son had a great time discovering the slides and other places he could climb. If it's packed, leave. There aren't any workers really monitoring the play areas so it's up to the parents to watch their children (as it should be) but many parents with children who are 4+ yrs old do not watch their children. This is very troublesome as I have witnessed many older children not think twice about pushing a child my son's size out of the way to get to a slide. It's very... well let's just say it doesn't bring out the nicest side of this mother. I believe there is wi-fi here which probably contributes to much of the lack of supervision on the parents' behalf. They do serve coffee and other snacks which is nice but it's not a deal maker. read more

On the way down... This place has been on a steady decline towards being dirty and dilapidated. Most activities have developed a thick layer of grime and many of them are suffering from neglect, for instance bungie cords are broken and unreplaced on one of the play sets. Also, we reported a partially deflated slide after two adults almost caused it to collapse. I was told "weve had teports of that and there was nothing we can do." How about as t least taking a look at it, or closing it for safety. I'm all for signing a waiver, but that doesn't absolve you of cognizant negligence. This location used to be exceptionally clean and in good upkeep. As a positive they recently added a new bouncy house. However, until they make some repairs and clean a bit we'll look elsewhere. read more

Of the 3 locations I've been to, this is my favorite Monkey Bizness location. It seemed cleaner and more organized than the other 2. But it also has the same downfalls as all locations that I've seen-- 1)Poor parent supervision and non-existent staff supervision means that the little kids are susceptible to being mowed over by the big kids. 2)Expensive for only 1 hour of play (that's all my kid can handle before he wants to leave) 3)Older kids running around and terrorizing the specified baby area makes it dangerous for the little kids. I have to parent other people's children and tel them to stay out of the baby area. read more

We had my son's 2nd birthday party here and had a great experience. Very organized and scheduled so we knew exactly what to expect. Lots of activities for the little ones to play around on. Loved that all we had to do was bring our decorations in and our party host set everything up. They also set out the food, served the cake and ice cream and cleaned up. So convenient!! Personally, I watch my child and make sure she's safe the entire time, but I could definitely see it as easy for parents to ignore their children and problems could arise. I also think that there should be a dedicated staff supervisor, especially to make sure that big kids stay out of the infant zone. SO, if you're willing to actually watch your child to ensure safety, this can be a great place. In the end, my daughter loved it. I also like that they have coffee and snacks. We took our son here this past Saturday, and he LOVED it! He is almost two (will be as of tomorrow) so he was still technically allowed in the crawlers area, so he just went everywhere. I had a fantastic realization as I was looking at their website before writing the review that we've actually been to this place in Boise, Idaho (last year about this time of the year). We loved it there as well and at the time were lamenting that there wasn't one by us. It does get a bit crowded around 11, but is still ok earlier and I hear it's not too crowded during the week. It is a nice big place, lots of play structures with slides, climbing, and one of those enclosed jungle gym places to climb and crawl around. We didn't try out the arts and crafts room but it looked great. They didn't sell much for food (although they do have some decent things that could get a kid by for lunch- applesauce, milk, a tray w/crackers, meet, cheese, grapes), but they did have coffee for the adults, and it was easy to walk over to another place in Orchard for lunch. Oh and the wireless is very nice too. They have family night on Tuesdays w/discount play and pizza that we plan to try out tomorrow. read more

It's a great location. My frappe was good and it is fantastic for those that have kids in various stages as the place is pretty open and you can watch your kids in both the crawler and bigger area. Be sure to ask about the current specials BEFORE you pay for the day as that day's ticket cannot be applied if you want to buy the membership same day. There is free wifi. They require socks of everyone in the play area so be sure to bring a pair, although I see several kids taking theirs off it would only bother me if it were the adults. My wife and I were here on Saturday, February 18th 2012 around 10:30 a.m. with our 10mo old. We were meeting up with some friends and their kids to explore a new venue. It was $5.00 admission for the kid, and we spent $11.00 on two large Seattle's Best mixed coffee drinks. At first glance, the atmosphere was great: parents in the adult section with their laptops, iPads and PDAs; kids running around playing happily in the play place. BUT THEN, we got down in the toddler area with our kid only to discover weeks worth of caked on dirt and grime on two of the toys. I noticed the filth when I went to help my kid pick-up one of the toys. I had to use a wet wipe to clean the dirt off of her little hands. To make a long story short, my wife went over to inform the manager of our dirty discovery only to have her say, "we clean the toys every day". We then took a second toy to show the manager - again with days, if not weeks, worth of dirty, dusty buildup on the equipment, she had the nerve to get an attitude with us and insist the toys were cleaned every day. I wish I could post the photos I took of the dirty kids toys. All I know is, until Little Monkey Bizness cleans up their act, I won't be going back there with my friends and family! Pretty small place. OK for an hour or so of entertainment if there are other kids there. No where near enough adult seating when busy because they allow people to take up entire tables with thier coats, purses, etc instead of providing cubbies or lockers and reserving tables for actual people to use. This place is awesome. Definitely a go to for any age kids. We went with kids ages 2-6 and they all had such a blast. Very clean! This is really important for us. We also like that there is an area to eat and snack when kids need a break. We went on a Friday, stayed 3-6 and only had to pay a one time fee with no time limitations. I also liked that there are no strict restrictions (just the baby area allowed for kids 2 and under) but other than that kids can run free and play where they want to, I mention this because jump street has such crazy rules of where to jump, it's ridiculous.
