I am visiting the area and this is where my niece and nephew attend daycare. We had to "find" my nephew, which seemed odd to me because I worked in a daycare before and the kids had an assigned rooms. When we got to the room the provider was sitting in the corner like she was afraid of the children. She changed my nephew before we left and we were on our way....to another room to look for his jacket. Ok on to my niece we needed to get her car seat from the transport van because as I stated earlier I'm just visiting. This greatly bothered the provider who had to walk from the building to the parking lot. I personally don't have any say in where my niece and nephew attend day care but this place is horrible. Update: Apparently this business will send you to collections 2 years after services without sending out a statement. They can clearly send a tax statement but can't notify a person about a debt. When I called today they were super rude and wouldn't talk to my husband or me. I understand that they are upset because I have put a review about their business being horrible and neglectful. Facts are facts, however you can't screw over the public without other people finding out. This daycare is THE WORST... unprofessional and rude to the kids and parents...only use this daycare if the devil is busy and no one else can watch your kid; and the devil is always busy.... all I'm saying is let them be your absolute LAST RESULT. read more
