I am extreamly pleased with John Heffley Plumbing for a few important reasons,(one) because I…read morecalled late on a friday afternoon and John answered my call and listened to my problem and told me to call Cathy and tell her he had spoken with me and see if she could send a tech out to me , she did and told me it woulld be about an hour.I had no water to my house from a full cistren I just had filled and I did not no why.( 2)Apon arriving about 45 minutes later the tech went into the crawl space and found the pump that was old and had lost its prime as well as had a few other old cracks ,but he was able to restore its prime so I had water .(3) the tech was able to show my son where the old crackes where and advise us to get a new pump and he wrote an estiment and was very professional and very nice as well as taking the time to get the water on and did it all along with explaining the prosses.I was more than pleased with the fast response time,fixing the problem along with the more than affordable bill which I had expected to be more ,I will use them again for whatever I need and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I called and emailed several plumbers for quotes which were ridiculously high for such a simple job. Literally pulling one off and putting another on. John came out on a Saturday, at the end of his day, and switched it out in 15 minutes and did not charge me upwards of $200 like other handyman and plumbers we're quoting me. The vehicles are neatly arranged by make, and you need to bring a toolbar. The have wheelbarrows for those who need alot, or heavy items. Also some whole vehicles for sell as well. The computer pretty much points you to where you need to go, and if they have it. The staff is very helpful and friendly, even to noobs who never even changed a tire.
