When we began attending Rhythm & Rhymes, our son was an infant. He has moved through all levels of the school and is now in the Pre-K program. Each classroom level offered him what we felt was a good mix of fun and age appropriate learning materials, and we attribute a great deal of his development to their programs. The teachers here genuinely care about our son and his classmates. They have taken the time over the years to learn his tendencies and how to reach him, and have worked with us throughout some of the challenges of his development (like potty training). This school isn't the most high-tech with the newest toys, but I would take a dedicated staff and Director like this over those any day. I consider our family lucky to have found such a good place for our son. Thanks R&R!

Here was my last straw: I picked my child up one evening, had a fever. I asked for the thermometer, it was no where to be found and no one wanted to put the effort into finding it. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for assistance, and was met with astonishment when I mentioned that I was still waiting for it. Was never found... Next day I called to check on my child, spoke with the owner and received a brunt, "He's FINE." Two hours later I received a call from the director that he had a high fever, but "It's ok, we can keep him here." I asked for the approved fever reducer to be administered and I was on my way. I got there 20 minutes later and received a friendly, "Hi! I haven't given him any medicine yet." I understand that illness can not be well controlled within a larger facility, but it is unacceptable to know that a child with a fever would be accepted for attendance; a full time fee is charged whether a child, sick or well, is there or not. While the intentions of the group may be excellence, the motivation, focus & consistency are severely lacking. I noticed several of the long time attendees weren't showing up anymore, and I took this as a sign No thanks, and good luck

The school consistently appears to be understaffed, and families frequently receive messages asking parents to keep their children home due to staffing shortages. In addition, there have been multiple state violations, poor communication, and several incidents that we feel were either undocumented or not appropriately addressed. As parents, the safety and well-being of our children are our highest priorities, and unfortunately, we no longer feel confident that this school can provide a safe and reliable environment. Due to these ongoing concerns, we are actively seeking a different school for our children. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend this school to other families.

Currently we have an infant with Ms Tresa and Ms Brittany and a Pre-K'er with Ms. Sarah. Ms Tresa and Ms Brittany are so warm and make it 10000x times easier to drop her off each morning... they also do a great job keeping to the schedule I've requested for our baby. Our Pre-K'er blows me away with how much he's learned in Ms. Sarah's class. The way she integrates academics, emotional intelligence, and social and community responsibility has done so much to shape my kiddo. Highly recommend considering this school for anyone in the market!

The facility had a beautiful fenced in playground. The classroom were so clean and organized and very colorful. We love the welcoming energy we received from every staff from the kitchen staff, the receptionist and the teachers. We were very weary at first because of a horrible experience at a former daycare but after our tour we felt confident that our 15 month old would be properly cared for. Thank you so much for easing our worries.
