Instead, I love that Primrose Brookfield employs qualified staff who deliver a comprehensive curriculum with care at the heart of it all. They communicate with transparency and we love the special events like recitals and picnics that bring the families together. We moved to Wisconsin from out of state, so it's been awesome creating connections and seeing so many friendships blossom. Prior to opening, we had direct contact with the owner who made himself available to answer all our preliminary questions - He thoroughly explained the infant room experience, teaching model, and associated curriculum. Our needs, questions, and inquiries have all been met with utmost care. The leadership team and teaching staff go above and beyond to make sure our son has a great day, everyday - Further, that the parents are involved in a child's growth and learning journey. The attention to detail spans across all areas of this school - cleanliness, professionalism, communication, security, education, strong interpersonal leadership team, and the list goes on. We are greeted with a smile from the staff at pick up/drop. Our son has a personalized bottle bag, a specific drawer for his extra clothes and outerwear, and an assigned crib for only him serve as those added touches that stand out to us in a child care setting. Throughout each day while we are at work, we receive hourly updates inside the app tracking all aspects of our son's day that provides us such peace of mind. We love receiving the daily photos of our son playing, interacting, learning, singing, and socializing via the app as well. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful with any questions that I've had. We love seeing how happy our children are when we pick them up. Hearing about their day and that they love their teachers is heartwarming. It really makes me feel better knowing they enjoy their time here. I love all of the things they do with the kids from field trips to the Easter egg hunt every year. My kids were at another center before and the owner was not approachable, and gave off a I'm too busy for you vibe. It is nice to see how hands on Mrs. Jessie is with the kids and center. I've seen her changing diapers, driving the bus, cooking, cleaning, running around playing tag outside with bigger kids, doing art projects with them, and even sitting in the baby room snuggling the babies and feeding them when all the babies were crying at once and the teachers couldn't make bottles fast enough. Ms Sam in the ones is my favorite! She is always so patient and kind. The world needs more people like her! Oh! And I really like the new tablet system for daily sheets. I love that they take my varying schedule and are open early in the morning and after 6pm; sometimes I don't get off of work until 6:30 or 7 at night. It is so convenient! I also like that they include the meals. I hated having to pack a lunch at his last center.
