When informing of insurance changes BEFORE services is given, they disregard any financial burden that may be given because of these changes and just continue with the appointment. Staff should be notifying patients to reschedule instead of being MONEY HUNGRY. They know when insurance is null and void they will get more out of pocket from patients than they do from insurance companies. Hence why they are so picky on which insurance they allow. They f-ed us over and knew it and want us to set up payment plans or get extended coverage for the day of service. Or I guess you need to be knowledgeable yourself with insurance. You can pay for the service on your first appointment (which we did) but it means absolutely nothing. This family dentistry is one I will NEVER return to. I strongly suggest looking into a different office. My sister who works at another specialty dentist warned me to not go here... I should have listened.
