Dr. Willey is professional, knowledgeable, and calm. The other staff are also professional and friendly, and explain the treatment clearly and effectively. Brooke at the front desk has been especially helpful in contacting me ahead of office visits to remind me of appointments and review any out of pocket costs applicable to my visit. This is so appreciated! I also appreciate that Dr. Willey and his team are not pushy with services they offer. I have had frustrating experiences with previous dental offices who spent the majority of my visit attempting to upsell me on services I didn't feel I needed. The Dental House also has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, whereas other offices I've visited could feel frantic. I highly recommend making Dr. Willey and his team your provider for all things dental.

However, after having my cleaning cancelled out from under me due to staffing issues and then not having a new appointment to offer me for 6-8 weeks, I was already less than thrilled. I decided to give them one more chance, and took that appointment, despite the extended wait. I arrived to my appointment, 10 minutes early and checked in. I then sat in their waiting room until 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no communication from the front desk. It wasn't until I called another dentist's office while still in their waiting room that I even got so much as a glance from the receptionist. Left feedback on their Facebook page, was blocked immediately. Zero communication skills. Zero patient retention efforts. I'll take my time and money where it's valued.

It fell off again on a Friday evening. I could not secure it back in place because it has a HOLE in it. I called Monday morning. It took an HOUR to finally get ahold of someone and then I was told they could not possibly get me in anytime Monday. So I guess the dentist lied?? It's not important to get in right away??
