I asked about a couple prices and they just said they "Didn't know it was time's up anyway". and then when I asked what the name of the store was so I could leave a review on Google. They gave me this name of the convenience store beside them. I'm assuming to avoid getting a negative review online. Terrible customer service and horrible business ethics won't be back. There are a number of stores that have 24-hour service, but most stores do not. This store at Westmount and Ottawa in Kitchener is only open until 11 pm on most nights, so a long walk to the nearest 24-hour store at Fischer-Hallman and Ottawa is required when the store is closed. Prices are high and selection is limited, but it is a convenience store, so that much is to be expected. Service is OK, but when it's busy there can be a long wait at the cash while the lone cashier checks you out. When it's cold out, or when you are tired, needing to go to the 24-hour store farther away keeps me from giving this location more stars.
