I have began looking for a daycare center for my daughter and I stopped into KinderCare this…read moremorning to see if they had any brochures with information on curriculum, tuition, etc. There is a doorbell in the entryway which you have to ring, however after ringing it multiple times and waiting, a parent who was leaving let me inside. I then waited for almost 15 minutes while there was the constant sound of crying children, but no one came to the front area and no one was visible in either the office or kindergarten area (again, this was after I had rang the doorbell requesting entry). Finally, I gave up and just left, never having the ability to speak with anyone. Perhaps this was unusual, but it doesn't inspire confidence in me and does not make me feel comfortable with the idea of leaving my daughter at this center.

This particular location has a full kitchen and they provide breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks which is a huge help for busy parents. They also have playgrounds based on the child's age and the teachers love getting the kids outside in the fresh air. Every day they play games, sing songs and create art work that are all tied to learning. It is more of a school than a day care and they have a great curriculum that they share with parents so we can include the same topics at home. The staff is wonderful. They are all very kind and they truly care about the kids and parents. It is also extremely clean. They also released a mobile app that I get updates and pictures of him throughout the day. If you are looking for day care, or school for your child, you cannot go wrong here.

Fast forward to the first day we show up at 9am and the school had no idea who we were and had no idea it was her starting day. Amy then proceeded to blame me saying that I was supposed to email them after the tour even though we had an agreement in her office prior to her first day. We had left because we had no choice and we still haven't heard from the school. Not an email or a phone call reaching out to us about the mistakes on their end. So if you are thinking about sending your child to this center just be cautious because they are extremely unorganized which is very concerning when you are working with children and infants. I am discouraged that this happened because I really loved this center but everything happens for a reason and I'm happy that my daughter is not there.

My son knows how to express himself using words, my son just turned 2 in june but he is so good at expressing himself. Caitlin's place is more than a daycare, my son is open to trying any food because caitlin dedicates giving the kids food. She feeds them the most healthy food you can think of. My child was not so friendly before he started, my child is so friendly and always ready to say hello or hi to everyone.
