I received a call on Friday to report for an interview on Monday, June 2nd. Upon arrival, the…read moreowner's son told me he hadn't called me for an interview, but rather to start working. I wasn't prepared, dressed in slides and a dress, but he said they needed me to start. I worked from 9 to 4 on Monday. When I inquired about pay, they said we'd discuss it on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I was asked to wait until lunch. After lunch, they informed me I don't work for them. I was confused, as I had only asked about pay. I told them I've never worked without a background check, drug test, and payment documentation. the owner's son hired two of us without any paperwork, documentation, or drug test test. unprofessional. I've reported them because the owner is sketchy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE especially infants. They are not background checking people before putting them with children. They also attempt to get you to work without providing payment information. This place gives black owned businesses a bad name. I've reported them to the state but please keep your kids away from this horrible place.

They are the best at communication and caring professionally and with love for children. They have always had wonderful caregivers and teachers. It was never the most convenient center for us geographically but we chose to stay here because of the quality. I only wished they paid teachers more but that's everywhere. The admin staff is kind but also follows all the rules. During quarantine we are particularly grateful for their cleanliness, flexibility and for being open and a place our child wants to be. I originally had concerns about going to a corporate daycare but have come to appreciate that BH is always on top of best ways to care and teach children. We also love the beautiful campus of All Saints church.
