Whilst I could have opened in a busier commercial property, I decided to open from my beautiful, unique and welcoming home in the heart of Earlswood. This offers you an escape from traffic, salon and high-street noise, as well as allowing me to keep prices up to £30 lower than those found in commercial properties.
Now running for over 5 years, I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience that allows me to give you the best treatments around. I'm qualified in massage therapy, reiki therapy, meditation guidance and clinical weight loss coaching. I also hold a level 3 accredited qualification in counselling, and am in the process of completing a degree in integrative psychotherapy.

My name is Tara and I'm a qualified holistic therapist and integrative counsellor. I started this business from my beautiful rural home in Earlswood to give people a more personal and relaxing environment that you simply can't get at a spa, salon or office.
As cheesy as it sounds, I began training as a holistic therapist because I wanted to help people. Past experiences with depression and anxiety opened my eyes to how fast-paced and overwhelming modern life can become. This realisation kick-started a drive to help others who have issues of their own, be they physical or mental.
Now qualified as a massage therapist, reiki practitioner, meditation coach, clinical weight loss coach and integrative counsellor, I can help to bring stress relief, balance and wellness back to your life.
