She really listened to my needs and delivered the style I wanted which I was very happy about! I haven't had any luck finding someone who could replicate my hairstylist from LA until now! Finding a hairstylist that you connect with can be as difficult as finding a therapist! I found Marie in about 2010, and I have not needed to look elsewhere since. Marie is as good as it gets when it comes to someone who knows how to cut hair and tailor it to each specific person and their needs/wants; she listens to the client and builds from there. The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would also recommend Jerry Jones for any barbering needs. Verve is a terrific place and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great haircut experience.

There are things you should do to have the public comfortable in the setting you want us to pay for. If this salon closes tomorrow it would not be missed. The owner is reviewed as a good stylists but watch your wallet. It cost me $85.00 for 2 perms & I was sent out with damp hair. I'm still wondering where the style went, she tried to fluff my hair. Why am I paying for a style when I look like I just got out of the shower. NO CLASS.

I paid nearly $200 for a lash set that started lifting and falling out within 3 days. The extensions were sitting noticeably far from my lash line almost immediately and the overall styling was not what I expected at all. I just moved back to town and had been getting lash extensions consistently for nearly 10 years prior to this tech, so I'm very familiar with proper aftercare, normal shedding, and retention. This was not normal retention loss. I specifically got these done for vacation, and instead of feeling confident, I ended up stressed that they wouldn't even last through my trip. What disappointed me most was the way my concerns were handled. I never asked for a refund...I reached out to Xammie hoping for accountability or some effort to make the situation right. Instead, I felt like my concerns were repeatedly dismissed and blamed on outside factors rather than acknowledged. Unfortunately, the customer service ended up being just as disappointing as the lashes themselves.
