You will get what you want and Matt will go out of his way to make you happy and completely satisfied. He processed 2 deer for me last year and 2 this year and he did a excellent job. I had most of the meat smoked this year and it has lots of flavor. ( I'm Hooked ) He stayed in touch with me through the entire process and went over and above the entire time.
